hi there, oo tama ka haha pinoy din ako, anyway i dont need gps neither 3g so this phone fits my needs and i have wifi at home so, and this phone is smoother than the 5800 and fits very well in my pocket, im just concern about the back cover that people say dont fit tightly, maybe the newest released fix this issue (hope so)

Im also planning to buy this phone this Christmas. The 5530 is worth 13,390.00 and the 5800 is worth 16,690.00 here in the Philippines. I think its much worth it if you buy the 5530 because nowadays many people has 5800 unlike 5530. The difference of the 5800 from 5530, it has 3g and has larger internal memory. that's all!

new user, 14 Dec 2009what happen if i will reset my phone? coz it makes me irra... moreThe recycler folder u are talking abt is created by ur pc when u connect ur memory card to pc.. its not created by ur cell.. just hide the hidden folders in ur pc if u r so irritated with that folder..

what happen if i will reset my phone?
coz it makes me irratated when i see a recycler folder when i plug my phone to my pc.
anything i can do to make my phone fast and reposnsive?
any difference if i will uodate my software version of my phone.

The description says this phone has,
1) Photo Editor
2) Document viewer
But in my phone I don't see either one.
(My phone firmware is recently updated to the latest version and even after that i don't see any change)
I strongly need Divx Player, Adobe reader and quick office... Please help me find me above stuff...

I even asked a friend of mine who had bought the same phone and when I asked about how many days the battery lasted without charging and he said 3 days?!?! so the battery/autonomy issue was not only with my phone, maybe it's like that, period. Appart from that I think it's a good phone.Hope I helped.

afshin, 13 Dec 2009hi all i have 5530 for about a month. i updated 3 days ago... moreI herd it before from one guym who did it also. Yes, it hapened to him too. So, dont worry, it has to be so. No you have more free ram, nor ~30, but ~50 raam, and the phone should work faster. ;)

Is it true that installing themes will damage the firmware of the phone? Is there a certain number of themes that can be installed? What if I install a theme and when I want to change it, delete the old one and install a new one?
Is there anything else related to installed software that may be harmful?

Why i... moreOnly bcouse Nokia has a huge stock of 5800XM in Indian market so after finishing all of its stock they can release this lovely and cute phone. it may take more than three months to finish.It is inner secret of company.When 5530 will hit the market nobody will ask about 5800 bcouse it does not look well and smart as its successor and ofcourse it has a low cost.

I saw that this phone uses SDRAM ; can it be possible to add more ram to it?
