Anonymous, 26 Oct 2009Is it true that the 5530 has UDP (User data Preservation)? ... moreit can backup your whole phone in memory card thru file manager. i tried it once. i deleted everything then restored to factory settings. then, i restored the backup and all my settings, messages, and theme are set correctly.

Is it true that the 5530 has UDP (User data Preservation)? Meaning that the phone has the capability to retain whatever data it has in the phone memory when its time to upgrade the firmware. This would greatly help me in deciding which phone to buy since its a hassle to reinstall my apps everytime I update the firmware. Thanks!

I`ve had his phone for 2 weeks now and it`s a great little phone and I`ve no real complaints but the headset jack sucks! The type of jack in the 6131 and N73 was much better and more secure. This one tends to come out or work loose if you`ve got it in your pocket.

unkn0wn, 25 Oct 2009how many colors are there in dubai?I searched around everywhere for the white colour, I loved it so so much, and funnily enough, I really hated the black one....unfortunatly for me, there's only black sold in Jacky's, Jumbo, and Carrefour stores. I've asked, they all told me that the white one isnt yet in UAE, and they don't know when it will come, if it ever will.
I just got my black one an hour ago, and am trying to love the black one! =)

I want to buy a full touch phone and As 5530 has wifi I want to buy it.Is it a good choise for this range of price or samsung star wifi is better?
Please tell me about the camera quality in star wifi and 5530.
HOw about the battery life in both?

xiomai, 25 Oct 2009hows the camera ?the camera is fine in bright light places. but forget about using the camera of 5530 when indoors. it sucks inside the house/room. the flash is inadequate. i guarantee you. there are greenish spots in the picture when capturing in low-light areas.

I bought this Phone Yesterday taking into account my usage, likes and Features of this phone. On the first day of usage, I am 100 % Satisfied. Its a Fabulous phone with an Excellent Price Tag.Thanks to Nokia.

this phone is cheap in my country, the 4gb goes on $360+, the 8gb goes for $372 and the 16gb goes for $423 and guess what, its 2% LESS!(if paid in cash)
