Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970They are the same except the size then 5530 isn't 3G, no secondary cam and etc but if you're after the music then either of the two...doesn't matter anyway.

hey, i had brought nokia 5530 for two days. & i can't make my call neither answer call. it will switch off by itself when i call or pick up calls. what is the problem ?

I've had the 5530 for about a week now.
The most asked question: the battery
The battery works is good. I can watch 2 full movies (around 7-8hours) on it before its out (btw you can convert it best with the "Super" converter). I cant be specific with general use (texting, calling wifi etc...) but I charged it 2 days ago and did about half an hour of calling and a dozen smses and I still have a full battery bar. The thing you have to do with this phone is: OVERCHARGE IT, first time charge it for about 10-12 hours and then if it only has one bar left recharge it but with normal times, its important to not let your battery go fully out the first few times.
for the rest: touchscreen is good, software rocks (lots to customize) and it feels like a sturdy phone.
Its smaller than the 5800 and thank god for that, thats the reason i bought this phone in the first place. Very compact and a nice design with basicly the same use (software) as the N97 for people who only need a phone for general things and the occasional visit to youtube, facebook, myspace or w/e.

Headsets are nice one but i found that the loud speakers sounds somewhat less than my old 5800XM...

hi, i had the 5530 for 4 days now and i just want to know how to update the firmware. I tried to do it via OTA but it says no updates available. is it possible to update it through OTA at all?or it should be done through PC suite. any help would be appreciated. thanks! ;)

Hi Buddys. This is my second day with the phone. I Must say i am really convinced with the phone. I just cannot imagine how easy it has become using a Touch Phone. I also have an HTC Touch(1st Version)i had to put in a lot of effort to browse through the phone.5530 has changed my approcah towards touch phone totally. The sound is great with the default headset.built & design is fantastic. I hav lot of enquiries from my office with this phone.lotta followers....
