Anonymous, 22 Sep 2009hi all...can anyone tell me what the loudest nokia isthe loudest phone is the nokia 6233 or the nokia 6234. I would go for the 6234 as it is newer (even though both phones are relatively old).

i am sure it's already at the hands of the priority dealers in india too, they are just waiting till diwali to launch it..
if you know anyone working there then maybe you can get your hands on this phone too like me..

i tried using a folded paper between the back cover and battery but it did n't make any difference.. the tactile feedback was irritating so i turned it off, and now the feeling of the wobbling back cover is not so distinct..
the video recording is at 640 by 480 but i am not sure about the frame rate though one of my video converting app showed it as 25fps..
the display is quite bright and brighter than 5800..
the accelerometer is sensitive but the rotation isn't satisfying ..it's pretty laggy as compared to iphone/ipod touch/ipod nano 4thGen..
camera performance isn't satisying ..at least not for me..
inbuilt players do a good job at playing high quality mp4 videos but wmv and flv playback is not good...i'll see if i can get coreplayer then try wider format with it..
rest is impressive..touch is very sensitive.. handwriting recognition is good..wlan search and connection is fast.. even GPRS is very fast..audio output is impressive with the dual speaker..

5530 has knetic scrolling
More camera power
Wifi
Music phone(Most important)
Slim n better design
4 Gb card included
I have tried to mention the points which are not present in 5230....
Moreover people in india doesn't bother much for 3G
Still u feel 5230 is better????Its your choice

I can see that many readers/people especially indians are waiting for this phone. But my suggestion is that hold your breath a little longer and go for 5230. It seems much better to me than 5530. If the camera is what's holding you back then (for around/nearest the given price range) buy N73 or N82.

1) The screen is sharper than 5800, but is it more vivid (bright colored or saturated) than 5800 ?
2) Is the accelerometer excessively sensitive (Like 5800)?

Some person may put a additional SIM inside the back cover. I think Nokia thot abt this and made little space inbetween back cover and battery. :)
Jst chk dear users and plz give me feedback of this.

Guys !!!! I got the phone from the authorised dealers of nepal ie Neoteric... one of my friends' brother is the marketing manager and he gave me the phone at 21K NRS ie 13K INR.. he said that the phone had just 2days back and is targeted to be launched after Dashain(ie Dasheraa) probably at Diwali..
the phone is way cool dudes.. and the most talked problem of the battery cover is true- it's not lose but it wobbles-makes sound as if it is not tight-- everything else is superb--i got it just today so i'm still playing with it...
finally i can say " If you have any queries about the phone then i can help you with it.."
