From Begenning , Nokia announced & market it as low price, budget , market phone & if they laucnh it with same price as 5800 than it will be dissapointing....
I still beleive it won't be that much....but started lill skeptical about it...
lets wait for its official launch....

Rajeev, 22 Aug 2009dude we all; hav told it liek 1000 time it will b coming... moreIt's not coming that cheap..It's launched in US for almost the same price as nokia 5800 express music..Expect it to be somewhere around 14.5k!!! Pretty disappointing but true..

Yeah that's what i said. Alfa had it at 17k last week.
@ kabir. .you cn hack ur fone and then use software to use ngage. .

hey eshaan how to get ngage on 5800/5530?? using some emulators or what?
i love ngage games and wish to have some on my 5530 once i get it.. i hope they would come up with some attachable or wireless(bluetooth) joystick to pair with these devices and play ngage n other games...that would be so cool..

In a way, with the exception of the screen, build quality and apps, the 5530 offers an excellent low cost alternative to he iPhone.

adul, 23 Aug 2009i knew there was somthing wrong with 5800 thts why now noki... morethere is nothing wrong with any 5800. The navigation version is just another version to increase more sales. 5800 has been super popular. The sales speak for themselves

i knew there was somthing wrong with 5800 thts why now nokia made the navagi verson but the design still same bulky and navgi is nothing to add no use 5530 much better.....

Thanks for the great review fonebox. I have this phone and i'd agree with what you say.
Just wanted to add that setting up gmail is really very easy and you even have an inbox summary on the homescreen.
I have also set up gmail calendar syncing using Mail For Exchange.

nokia phones are so annoying that with their glossy faceplates pisses me off. they don't know how to finger print-proof them?.. even the designs & colors are so puny. there are pretty much like kiddie toys..

how much does it cost? it's not yet available here in the philippines. is this a lot better than other touch-screen phones like LG arena? i'm thinking of buying one.. thanks.
