Hey guys, does anyone know if the price of 5530 is same in Saudi Arab and UAE as in jordan,ie around $275???
If it is so then then i have some relatives over there who can bring me the phone.. But i have to wait till mid september..
I was considering of getting E63 for it's connectivity n impressive web browser but the fact that it has worst audio quality than most of the devices is hard to swallow.. So i guess i should take Rajeev's and Anil's advice and wait.. Even if i want to buy 5530 over here, i don't think it's getting here any sooner than september so i guess have no choice...

Nokia 5530 had come at this shop today and it was 17k. Maybe it was so expensive becasue it has just launched. But for whatever the reason that is what the price was. And the same shop was selling 5800 for 17.8k while i bought my 5800 from a nokia priority shop for 18k.
So the grey market shop had the 5800 as almost the same price as the official store and the 5530 as 17k.
Though i still think it will come for 13-15k.
Don't believe if you want to mate but i saw it today.

pufffffff..For God sake...nokia sucks:-
1: very inadequate battery life
2: stupid designs
3: bad cameras in almost every nokia's mobiles
4: slow os performance
5: low quality speakerphones
6: poor audio quality...i didnt feel the difference in n series and their music phones...they all are same
i think if people understands the sensible brands...then samsung and sonyericsson is for u...

is i... moreHey...yeah i got the 5800. And yes it has version 30. the lastest one. Infact nokia only installed it for me. :D
It's much faster than i thought becasue i had heard a lot of criticsm of the speed of the 5800.
There is kinetic scrolling in web browsing but not elsewhere so hopefully they will add it.
It's sad i found the 5530 at such a high price or i would have taken it. But 17k for 5530 that also in grey market is too high

my last comment din get posted but anywayx, i wux talkin bout itx price in Pakistan, which is 26500 PKR(been released 4 a few days).........and shop keepers are babbling shyt, dat dix ix da newer version of the 5800.......(yeah ryt).....the 5800 itself ix at 24,400 PKR..........watx da big idea anywayx!!!!.........NOKIA, quit fooling Around!!!

been a few days actually since its been released in Pakistan but at 26.5k its 200 more then the 5800!!!!!.........damn wat the hell is nokia up2.......trynna rip us off or wat????

Like Rajeev said, android phones are the best smart phones but android os is still in development n hasn't yet got it's root like symbian.. I bet there aint anyone in my place who knows about android..Ha ha.. Cheap android smartphones are expected to be launched soon.. I hope i can get an android phone next year or so..

Oh yeah and for those who asked about how much i bought it for, it's about 275 US dollars, I live in Jordan and here Nokia phones arrive too early.

Hi again...
Well, concerning the battery life am still testing that, but i expect it would last the same as the 5800's battery lasts.
WiFi connectivity is excellent, it doesn't drop the signal.
I'm still waiting for my phone certificate to install the application i installed on the 5800, so tomorrow you will have the answer for that.
Music comparison will be done tonight, i'll get back to to inform you.
