5800's battery last upto 2 to 3 days while 5530 last only 1 and 1/2 day, you cannot use 5800s battery on your 5530...i will trade my 5530 for 5800...what is the use of good looks if it lacks quality and performance? m quite satisfied with my other N82 in terms of music, internet and camera...

i have this 6day old 5530.. my question is that why is it that speaker seems like weak/low.. its not that loud(am satisfied w/ use of headset).. my aunts c3 is more louder than my 5530xm.. do i need to have its firmware upgraded for it to be more louder?(currently its V31).. how long does it take upgrading its firmware? coz, i went to nokia care(SM DASMA) and they said i need to leave my phone and claim it after 5days.. i insisted, and they actually adviced me to explore my phone first before doing some firmware upgrades..

and i seriously wish they had an easy mark button in the gallery rather than the edit button... (organising or sending a couple of pics is a pain)

_kasper, 19 Jan 2011hi just wanna ask what application do i need to read pdf/eB... moreDear _kasper,

For PDF files, there is 'Adobe mobile PDF reader'
For Office files (MS Office 2003, 2007 or 2010), there is 'Quick Office'
For ebooks which are flash driven, you don't need any reader, just use the default web browser which supports flash like a dream...

Note: Above mentioned Adobe PDF reader and Quick office are not free applications... However you can still download the cracked versions from mobile9(dot)com but you'll have to sign them first in order to install.. (Please google for more details about signing an application)

Ashman, 19 Jan 2011Nuwan bro ... What phone are you using now?Dear Ashman,

I'm using Nokia 5730 Xpress Music... But the funny thing is, I'm still coming to GSMarena 5530 page instead of 5730..! I really miss my beloved 5530 specially when I'm typing long messages...! Actually I never thought I'll switch back to a Non touch phone ever again, now I'm using one and like it too... (Specially 3G connectivity, GPS and the Camera are wonderful in 5730..)

But still, I can type TWICE as fast as 5730 when using 5530 super smooth and sensitive touch pad...!

It's bullsh*t when they say you have to keep it charging X hours for the first time. That was valid only with the old nickel (nicd or nimh) based batteries.

Anonymous, 17 Jan 2011@jett and nuwan y the camera of my phone like that?... ... moreDear friends,

Even though I'm no longer using 5530, I still love that mobile... A lot.. One of the dearest phones I ever have used...

Well.. about the camera issue... I've got two questions...

                              1) Have you removed the protector sticker above the camera lens?
(If 'No' then do it now and take photos...! Because with the sticker photos suck..)

                              2) Your photos which you claimed to be yellowish, are all of them in low light condition..? Did you try taking photos under direct sun light...?
(If you didn't, then do it today and check the yellowish photos come under direct sun light too...)

If above matters are not the reasons, then your camera must have a problem of some kind.. Please go to Nokia care center...
