Any of phone manufacturers can make waterproof phone, make a display with Full HD resolution. Not just Japanese. Most of details for phones are made with different manufactures and different quality. Everything depends on costs and the price, consumer can pay. There is no difference, whether phone is made by Japanese or Finns. You can make your own phone. Just order the display you want, and other parts. Nokia, Samsung, LG produce just a few of all parts.

imran the speakers are located both below and above..
below its located above the 3.5mm jack,charging point,n d data cable connector..its just like a strip almost impossible to see..an above its located above the main power button..along the blue strip in the blue n white colour of this phone..

nokia new user, 15 Jul 2009what is 3G network can anybody tell me............3g network works on different frequency than the normal 2g network and has higher data download/upload rates and higher cost. It is available only in some countries.

n those who dnt like dis 1 for lacking 3g n gps... thn in my humble advice i wanna tell them dat dudes nokia 5800 is stil in production .. if u cnt live widout 3g then u have options... i dnt need 3g so i love dis cell n m eagerly waitng 4 it :)

Yes you said that right. The user ratings on the left side of this page also suggest that. Nokia 5800 has 8.6/10 user ratings. Quite higher than this phone.

Simply useless phone as it does not have 3G. I won't buy it. Nokia 5800 is better. It has bigger screen, 3G, GPS and a powerful battery.

It's a smaller screen than 5800, but it has a faster processor and after all i think it has a more beautiful theme.

no 3G - no phone for me...
so I guess I'm stuck with my 5800-boring-design... yet the phone itself is very good... just wish the 5800 had the design of 5530...

And when LG ... morehey bro,i dont wanna compete LG or Samsung units to nokia bcoz deir units doesnt offer a nice music player.maybe on touchscreen..ok..but most people ds times r in to music.some nokia phones hav 8 to 10 graphic equalizers while doz h-sets hav only presets.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Maybe you hate, but believe me, they are the best on Earth, nobody can make waterproof phones(I mean waterproof up to 1meter, or more), but Japan can, they can make XGA screen phones, but other comapnies can't so I think you can see the difference. I don't want to anger you, just I write my opinion, and what I know.
