PRC, 14 Jul 2009Nokia 5530 can not compete with Samsung Jet. And when LG ... moresame goes to me. i would not go for this equipment because of non avialability of 3G....

nak007, 14 Jul 2009oh... my god, I plane to buy this fone but NO 3G...:(lisn dude 3g network is not available in each nd evry city. sum ppl like NOKIA understands that nd so excluded 3g so that evry1 can purchase a good quality music phone. so why dont u go on "plane" on buying 5800 or sum other music phone instead of whining like a 5 yearold jack***

Nokia 5530 can not compete with Samsung Jet. And when
LG fights back by launching black Chocolat, Nokia will have to scramble to find a new phone just to catch up. I won't buy 5530.

See those 5,8 MP Camera phones,they have the poorest quality which can be achieved.

B.I, 12 Jul 2009hi guyz....heared two things about nokia 5530 which i would... morespecs says it has tv out yes,
affs means advanced fringe field switching its a better and nice viewing from sideways in some different angle it makes a display more crisp and brilliant.

4 me 5800 is a gud 1,i hate only d design spcially d lining around d screen,it gives u hard time to scroll by ur finger.5530's design s better.my suggestion to nokia is make their screens wider a bit like doz of samsung n LG or iphone,n use a louder speakers..

Suzie, 12 Jul 2009can anyone over here tell me that does 3g improves the spee... morewhen you are using 3g it means a fast data transfer unlike the older method like gprs and edge,if you browse the net thru your mobile phone and you use 3g it is almost double of the speed you got in edge connection, like using pc if you have dial up its very slow while in broadband and wireless its just a few seconds to wait to view your favorite webpage.....

also see the screen size it has got 2.9 inches but 58800 has got 3.2 inch. now u only guess which one is good at the scree size.

this phone's cpu (434 mhz) seems to be faster compared to that of 5800 (369 mhz). that's good thing but have a look at video recording quality of it and u only comapre it with that of 5800. i think 5800 is the best.

hmm~~lower ver of 5800, but faster cpu? they chop down lots of spec but they put a faster cpu in it... or maybe the same cpu with higher clock rate, but why lol

i think the color of this phone is much better than 5800 units bec in 5800 it lyk a dummy phone....grrr..

How can they make a phone like this with out 3G? Nokia WHAT WERE U THINKING??? A Nokia must have WiFi, camera with flash, 3G, 3,5 jack
