How can they make a phone like this with out 3G? Nokia WHAT WERE U THINKING??? A Nokia must have WiFi, camera with flash, 3G, 3,5 jack

hi guyz....heared two things about nokia 5530 which i would like an answer for it !!
1.heared that it doesnt have tv-out...is it true ??
2.nokia 5530 touchscreen has affs which nokia 5800 doesnt have..what is this affs technology which gives more colour to touchscreens ??

will this cost around the same as the samsung star and lg cookie, (£70.00 - £130) because if it's anything over £150, it's useless because you can get a 5800 for £150 here in the uk.
