Hi Marcus,
what i want is when somebody send a msg and once it reaches my mobile, it mush open automatically without showing new msg and then imyself opening the msg.
is there any option to set this up.

really annoying i know its not my provider but this phone keeps dropping my phonecalls
that and random times cuts music as well.
i swear any more and i think imma get rid of it.

hi.... can somebody tell me whther i can view pdf (adobe) files on this phone... i donloaded an article if the pdf format but i cant access it... do i have to install something? please do reply... thanks in advance

hey everybody...
Well, am planning on buying the Nokia 5610, but i want to make sure of some feature it has before going and buying it...
First, what is the maximum resolution of the video recording? As it is said in Nokia website, i assume it should be 640x480
Second, I have the Nokia 5300, and i like its sound quality, so can anyone tell me if the Nokia 5610 has a better sound quality?
Last question, how is the slide mechanism? Is it solid?

To Baski - as I said, there are no settings. You enter the number of the contact you want to send a quick (Flash) message to, compose your message and then send.
Im not sure what settings you are expecting?

This phone is good on paper, but buggy to the point of being unusable in the real world. The music player crashes too often, and without warning, while just playing songs. What's worse, if you happen to get an SMS while in the music player mode, the display blanks out, and the whole OS crashes. Nothing short of removing the rear cover and extracting and reseating the battery will restore the phone. It happens EVERY time. Utterly hopeless. I should've bought one of the SE walkman phones instead of this piece of junk :/

To update software click on the software update on your pc suite and you will be directed to a website where u can download the software updater. once you download install it on your pc and run it. ( when ur prompted connect the mobile to the pc via usbmake sure mobile is NOT connected when u run the software).
It would be a good idea to backup your mobile data before updating software

hi frnz.. i hav been using this mobile presently..after a lots lots lots of confusion i went for this.. and i'm damn sure that this mobile rocks ur world..
even the sound is not loud or noisy its digital crystal clarity ll amaze u surely..not seen this quality sound in any mobile..superbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb sound clarity..
without any confusion u can go for this.. bcoz i had confused myself befor buyin this.. but nw i'm prettty happy..tat god gave me one good mobile...
pls some frnz help me hw to update my software firmware to this mobile from 4.2o to 4.81...

Quick messaging is called "flash message". Just go into messages, create message and then flash message. You dont need to set anything up.
And as has been said many times, yes it can take a 4GB card without slowing down.

Has any one tried using a 2 Gig or a 4 Gig Memory card? does it slow down the mobile?
