some of you are saying it will be released(or already released) in India, but this phone is not there in Nokia's India website..

have u encountered any hanging issues or restarting ... moreWith my old 5630 (the one I lost) I did experience hanging once or twice when listening to the radio. It also restarted once or twice, mostly when connected via USB.
With my 5630 replacement, I noticed the firmware changed. e.g caller picture now doesn't fill the screen for incoming calls. Other than that no hanging or restarts so far.
Build quality wise it's good. I think I dropped my old one once or twice without problem (albeit in a jelly mould).
What are you hesitating about? What's the alternative you are considering? I thought about getting something different but couldn't find one with the price / size / functionality / design combination that suits me so I got the same model. Was going to get the blue one though the silver looks plastikie. They ran out of blue so got the red again.
I have had many comments on how good the video qualities are.

have u encountered any hanging issues or restarting problems ? How is the build quality ? Can it handle rough usage ( by rough I mean resistant to shocks from falling from small heights say 1 or 2 meters )

My p0sts was successfuly p0sted even th0u it is made in china the cellph0nes quality is g00d just buy to the authorized dealer they w0nt give you f0ul ph0nz dat is scattering and w/ authorized dealer you have warranty to chane the pr0duct or replace the pr0duct

5630 d0esnt have any acceler0meter but you can install 3rd party apps that can d0 the w0rk of acceler0meter but n0t autor0tate you will press the button assigned to rotate the skrin the name of the applicati0n is r0tateme.. Datz it

I am just 12 hours away from buying this cellphone. I would really like to know if I am making the right choice or not. It has everything I need but some negative comment/reviews are holding me back. Some say the Chinese made versions are unstable.
I would really appreciate if someone could give me an insight about this phone who has been using it for some time..
