this phone really rocks! It's built in dictionary really helps me a lot in everyday work. The specs is dominating compare to any keypad phone.. Wi-Fi and 600Mhz processor, not to forget the 128RAM.. Im using this phone for almost 8 months it never dissapoint me. This is the only phone that meet my standards. 2 thumbs up nokia for this.

Hi,I am using this Phone since 2 months..its nice.. and very useful..but the pblm i found is,,before i was using 5730 xpres music..when i put its memory card into 5630...the vedio is streaming very slowly...is ther any solution?

discontinued means it is no longer being manufactured, so yes they have stopped making it.
A real shame, because in terms of specs, it's one of the best 'bar' non-touchscreen phones out there. The only place you can get them is on ebay from hong kong, or it's second-hand I'm afraid.
Good luck, who knows Nokia may (unlikely as it is) make a successor to the 5630. Fingers crossed

raul, 21 Nov 2010this model is hit or flop???This is the best phone in its price range. It's very reliable and never stuck's. I used Nokia E51 before and it used to stuck every week at least once. Defenitly 5630 is a great phone

I want to buy this phone and I'm think on buying... moreI'm using this phone already 1.5 years and it works fine, I've never had a problem with it and it has good quality of music, WiFi is OK, and the phone in general is quite fast in its price range. I've dropped it several times but it never broken or damaged.
I'd recommend it.

nano, 17 Nov 2010in fact absolutely n 5630 only has 192 Mhz cpu speed,contra... moreno! 5630 has 600mhz.. I have 5320 and 5630.. Check cpu speed using x-plore.. when i check both of them, x-plore read cpu speed 5320 369mhz, but 5630 192mhz.. In fact 5630 speed is faster than 5320.. And we all know that 5630 is a great upgrade over 5320.. So i think x-plore can't read 600mhz..
