I brought this phone a couple of months back. I have noticed that the phone gets heated up when i am on a call for more than 15 minutes. has anybody ever faced this problem?

with the one ive ask...b4 is it really normal that the keypad moves a little? when twist to phone,camera,player mode? ^^

actually, i don't hav 5700, i hav 3250 for more than 1.5 years and as far as my phone is concern, d twisting mechanism is quite sturdy. i guess its best to ask ur fellow 5700 owners down here like Dr. Adedoyin, gka3000, Farhan and others instead re ur concern. as for firmware updates, u can click below

to see if d latest firmware is available with ur particular variant of 5700. be reminded dat not every 5700 in each country hav d same updates at d same time (e.g. Farhan's 5700 may hav d update available for his/her phone today whilst ur phone may not hav dat certain update at d same time..) u can update ur phone on ur PC using NSU (Nokia Software updater), simply go here

pay attention to d minimum PC requirements, as mentioned in my previous posts, DSL/broadband connection is a must.

3250 has a louder speaker but its quality is not on par with 5700 which has better bass and smoother treble (remember, a firmware update may help increase loudspeaker volume soon)

here r some differences between 5700 and Nseries S60v3
Nseries phones tend (but not always) to hav higher quality cameras and speakers. also, most of em can play larger video file sizes with high frame rates and resolutions with nice carousel-like gallery view. another one is d ability (im not sure bout this one, though 5700 hav enough hardware specs like N81 dey didn't include 5700 [which has a better CPU than N73] in d supported list) to play next-Gen n-gage games. what else, hmm oh yah d multimedia key/menu shown here

wil b used in upcoming Nseries phones. apart from those, Nseries phones (i feel) get to hav more attention from Nokia (more free applications, add-ons, faster release of firmwares, exclusive special software tools and stuff). lastly, Nseries phones are not dat affordable. hop dat helps

Thanks boyjorge regarding your clarification about EMS.
One more clarification required. While digging inside the phone menus and looking into the help of "standby mode" menu, I came across help for two functions which actually does not exist in the phone.
One is "Newsticker" and the other is "operator logo -> off". Neither do these functions exist in the "standby mode menu" nor the function "newsticker" exist. I searched a lot in the phone for newsticker but couldn't find the same.
Can anybody help ?
