Here you can see how to disassembly the lower part but for the upper part is the same process. Just remove the battery cover. For the casing you can watch some options on Ebay

I don´t have 2gb of GBA ROMS, I have like 150mb on ROMS and another 20mb of NES ROMS but that´s enough for me. I also have a 4gb SanDisk Micro SD which work fine on my 5700

i am using a 4GB kingston. no problems at all!! if it make some problems, format it by using a card reader in computer.
