Adiga...

It's up to you, it'll be your choice. After all, 5700 and W810 are both great music-phones.
But let me cite some points that might help you.

W810's camera has autofocus, where it is absent in 5700. But 5700's video recorder is much better since it records in 320x240 resolution in mp4 format. W810 records at only 176x144 resolution in 3gp.

5700 is 3g capable(which should be a standard in today's phones), W810 isn't.

5700's inbox headset is good but W810's inbox headset produces much better sound quality. But I used other sets like Sennheiser HD550 and Sony earphones from my CD-Walkman and their sounds were almost exactly the same. Just like GSMarena's review and some other's (Viperkid is one) observation, there is little difference. Most importantly both phones are really good in producing high quality music. You just have to adjust equalizer to fit your liking.

Both phones' designs are awesome as they're both aimed to cater the youth. 5700's screen is of better resolution because of its' 16million color monitor while W810 only has 262,144. But overall, both handsets' screens are bright even under daylight. (For a better understanding of 16million color res compared to 256k, you'd better visit wikipedia.org for you to know more.)

I have been using 5700 for 3 months now and have experienced W810 (from my girlfriend) and for me, 5700 is very useful because lots of s60 applications are now coming out lately. W810 has to offer a few.

Those are some of the most notable comparisons I've drawn based on my experience. Again, it'll be your decision. And take note what your needs and wants are before your purchase. I know you're excited to buy a new phone. Good luck!

      Just to clarify the scenario...

I've tried recording a video without twisting the phone. And then when I play the video, regardless if the phone is twisted or not, horizontal or full-screen, there's no audio. Whenever volume buttons are pressed, it will show "NO AUDIO"

But when I record video with the phone twisted (the way it should), the video plays fine and has audio.

                JSR--

                About your worries and queries...

The twisting form factor is mastered by Nokia. In my case, I have been using 5700 for more than 3 months now and it doesn't get loose. I do a lot of sms and my fingers are heavy when pressing. And to think that the keypad is at the twisting base, it doesn't allow any movement. The twisting part is firm and steady. I also have a colleague who uses 3250 for more than a year and he doesn't see any issues with the twister. And most of all, I'm pretty sure Nokia did a good job. 3250 still sells in the market and that's why it's succeeded by 5700.

As for the camera, yes, it can be activated without twisting the phone. (But I don't know with you, because for me it looks awkward taking a photo/video without twisting.)
But there's one thing I've noticed when I tried using video recorder without twisting it. When I played the video, it doesn't have any audio!
Other 5700 users, do you also find this one in your units? I'd appreciate your answers.

                Peace.

there is no new software update, i hope end of this month or next mont...;)

                            @vwu9
both are near for overall feature and OS, i think 5700 is for teenage and 6120 for elder one... 5700 has better music player with 2 speakers whereas 6120 has a simple model with small size and for entry business segment. lol
