Hello everyone.i bought this phn 2 days ago.its a super phn.so much fast and its sound quallity is superb.i'm using a bass-boost headphn and the bass is also find.i havd a prblm with the phn.sometimes it hangs up.i have 3.27 firmware virsion.plz help me to survive frm this prblm.thanx in advance.

It isn’t that much good set. I would suggest you to give me that money instead of wasting by purchasing this set ;-)

yeah i hav read it but not always they r right its better to ask who hav used both ...
if any one who has used a 4 gb micro sd with can tell me wheteher it becomes slow or not

to prove what i said, you can see the review from gsmarena.... they also say that this phone has a faster processor than any nokia even N95... i haven't try to put 4 gb card. but i think it would just slighly slow down when using 4 gb card because of too many data to control but it still faster....:)

see i am in 9th grade and i am waiting for my result so that i can buy5700 but now i am thinking that i can wait a month for after my result on 15 sep... if the black edition is comming out thats why i am only confused

hi, are you also participate in dotsis forum?
1. i think black edition just the rumor but somehow there the real one in the chinese phonedaily website. about the memory, it was the same with the original... the diff only colour
2. about the themes i think you know how to unsis the themes sis extension(if you from dotsis). but so far, i didn't meet any problem in installing themes
3. nsysinfo told that it has 192mhz. but who cares??? 5700 has a speed menu navigation even faster than n95

1 is 5700 balck edition hav 8gb???
2 does this phone gives error when installing new themes>????
3 is the proceesor has 1.92 mhz speed that is not exactly what is in the info of this fone..????

re weak bass on 5700, all it takes is juz a simple tweak in its equalizer. to increase d bass without affecting treble simply turn off bass boost and adjust d second to d left band of d equalizer to d lowest and use d leftmost band to adjust ur preferred bass power level. b sure to adjust d rightmost band to its fullest to enjoy hi-fi sound! cheers!

u may adjust d leftmost band if d bass is too strong (it really depends on d earphones u r using)

to looking for W900 is difficult, i mean in the good condition or even the new one.
5700 is the most suitable one to substitute W900.....
so it is pointless to compare 5700 and W900
lol .bcoz of W900 using the 2005 technology whereas 5700 is 2007
i'm wondering why you are so convincing about 5700. but i was glad to know that and it means that there is satisfied 5700 user and encourage me to be not regret to buying 5700...hahahahahaha

both 5700 and SE W900 have their own advantages and disadvantages....
one thing that i want to tell you again, W900 has a slower navigation whereas 5700 has even faster processor than N95
of course this two phones are in different segment and i found that people would admire W900 more than 5700 when i using it. But W900 was outdated now.... if you are teenager, i suggest you to buy 5700 which has funky design...
but for me no winner in this game, i love both of these phones lol

1. W900 has 2MP autofocus and flash, 5700 doesnt has Autofocus
2. W900 is only 262K TFT screen, while 5700 is 16 mil TFT screen
3. W900 has the mega bass, while 5700's bass isnt as 'hard' as SE W series
4. 5700 has OS while W900 hasnt.
5. W900 is older than 5700

This phone is fat32 - supports up to 4gb cards. (fat32 is faster than ntfs) thats why its still used.

my frnd had sew900i...it always used 2 giv prob...lyk hangin n complete blk out of da screen...but ven it comes 2 camera u take a snap n edit in photo dj vth...vth auto level..amazin shots ya get....crystal clear...moreover..5700 does' com vth n auto focus also...big deal...same resolution but 16 million color on 5700...on claritywise i bet it beats 900i...n moreover symbian based fon...i tink i vl go for it ...thnx for ya opinion.....frekedech...ration ma rum..CHEERS

let me tell you. don't listen to any suggestion that make SE down... let be mature a bit
I'm currently using both SE W900 and 5700.
W900 has a better bass if you listen music in earphone, 5700 win the stereo widening when the sound i felt is dynamic.... 5700 bass was quite good but not as good as SE...(I'm using SE headphone to compare both phones sound)
But when it comes to speakers, definitely 5700 wins the game. W900 speakers was the superb and the best if you compared with all walkman lineup, but there are lot of treble heard on W900's speaker. 5700 has double stereo speakers with superbass...lol
video player, both are almost equal, but W900 plays smoother without any delay in high kbps MP4. 5700 has video mode when you can twist your phone with the side speaker toward you...for me it's cool and you can placed your phone on the table and enjoy the video when you must hold the W900 with your hand.
I dont want to say which one is better...
let you decide what feature and advantage you deserve more

da ting i wanna buy nokia5700 is it's class gprs speed...i use gprs a lot...it's class 32 in 5700 and 3 g is there...bout music m stil confused...sew900i has 72 channel ringin tone...ver 5700 has only 64 chord....n as it's a symbian based fon more prone to get infected by virus...tat's not a big deal...a lot of anti virus softwares comin dez days...anyways thnx for da suggestion...m gettin 5700...bye bye to sony..thnks mate gmik
