            Well u can use games for 5700 that ar emeant fvor N73 i guess but the .SIS application files use the ones meant for N95 as 5700 has the same symbian version and release as N95.

              Mazmaz:

              actually i haven't tried it on 5700 (coz i dont hav one, i only hav 3250 at d moment). anyway, u can try to download d 1 for N73 coz 5700 and N73 hav d same screen resolution, being - 320 x 240 pixels

                to gka,
                no need to worry. nokia is very sure when they made 5700.
                think of 3250, for example. where is it now? it's still on sale. the construction is stable. i have a friend in our office who has 3250 and she's been using it for a year. no problems, no frills.
                so that's the same with 5700.
                in my case, i twist my phone about 4-5 times a day. keep in mind that using camera requires the phone to be rotated.
                as for music, you may just simply use the joystick to browse through music. that's what i do. (another thing, i use the keypad when searching for a song title or the artist. it's faster when you do it).
                anyway, overall, it would depend on the user. frequent twisting would not break it, but if it's handled roughly, there you go.

                  @ Viperkid

                  Does that webcam application work with the 5700? Because when you click to download it, there's no 5700 among the phone models that they offer.

                    @Music Master
                    yeah i agree with you it doesnt matter where the fone is made and it doesnt effect the cost of the fone as all of them are nokia and are covered by the same company and standards are the same
                    mine only hanged once for a couiple of seconds and it was fine again then screen jsut went blank
                    well the camera sux any program for it?????
                    does installing another music program increases the quality?

                      @GKA
                      Well 5700 does have a dedicated music chip and sound quality is absolutley above average although it is not as loud as some might want it to be or think it to be .. see the dedicated chip increase the QUALITY not the QUANTITY so sound is loud but not as much of lets say 6233 or N73
                      the rotating base is well connected notby wire but actually by somehting better i guess and doesnt seem to give any problem
                      hope it helps

                        Calls are possible with the BH-501 bluetooth headset.
                        It's not just meant for music.
                        I'm actually planning to buy it because a friend of mine lauded its' sound quality.

                            in my opinion, as long as it is authentically made by nokia, regardless of the country where it is made, the user should not worry.
                            as a consumer, of course, we have the right to ask for clarifications.
                            my 5700 is made in china and is certified by our country's National Telecommunications Commission. and another thing, i bought in from a nokia store. plus, it rarely lags. happened to me three or four times already in two months.
                            it never gave me a headache.
                            i'm currently using a 2gb microSD card.
                            and also thanks for viperkid's tips in his blogs. i now have 800++ tracks of good music quality (m4a), and yet i have 600++mb of memory left. i'm not much of pictures and apps. just music is good deal to me.

                              I think to buy BH-501, is it good?
                              Is the sound quality like the ear-in that are in the package??
                              Can I listen to radio with it?
                              Can I make calls????

                              @FARHAN, have you tested it???
                              please relpy as soon as possible...

                                Well i dont know maybe thats the difference though no one here said anything like that u know .. if there was some difference a lot of sellers eelling it for 22000 would have said k ours is etter or this and that and naturally all fone are from nokia so there is no difference at all where the fone is made it cud be made in china and will still cost the same coz they all have the same nokia standards so i dont think that is the case .. also hungary and finland both come under EU so no brianer there also ..
                                hmm maybe it was 22000 when it cam ein and the price droped or somehting . whatea it is i got a good eal and so did u coz u like ur fone and i like mine too heheheh
                                but i hate the camera yar it suxxx big time

                                  Installing 3rd party apps on your phone does not affect its functions so long as you are careful and sellect what you install and you install wisely. Don't overload your phone with apps and don't install apps that others have not tested.

                                  As for warranty, i do not know because no warranty works in my country. Even when anything comes with warranty you will never get any response if its defective. In my country, we buy with faith. No retailer or supplier cares for you. When you buy, you are on your own.
