still thinking about what to have?
n73me is definitely far better than 5700xm.
why? because although both phones have almost same symbian platform, n73's camera is of higher quality and 5700's is somewhat simpler compared to it.
talking about the loudspeakers, 5700 has great quality but n73 sounds louder. believe me, a great majority will agree.
but if you would plug in any of your preferred headphones or speakers, their sounds are of no or little difference.
i've in fact used different brands, since i'm an audiophile. i've tried bose companion speakers and even used sony ericsson's walkman in-ear plugs - and they sound great.
now in general, i've noticed that 5700 is much faster. from starting the phone up, browsing through internet and through the files stored. 5700 is slightly advanced.
but then again, it's up to you.
if you want good camera for still images, go for n73. 5700's camera is very, very common (talking about still pictures) but about the video, the quality is good and the audio is clear and is stereo. if you're serious in music, you can even choose both.

Hi ppl , ive been keeping my eye on this phone for some time . And I really like it.I have a few or so questions .
1- How is the sound of the built-in handsfree ? is it loud and clear ?
2- If the headphones on the pics are not in the box , then which ones are they ? Are the good ? Are they better the ones that come with SonyEricsson Walkman phones ?
3- Ive seen in opinions that camera quality is not good ? Is it similar to any phone u know ? How if the flash of the camera ?
4- If you have to choose between SE W580i and Nokia 5700 - which one would you prefer ?
5- About battery time - will it fill out at least a day with frequent use ?
6- What are the types of memory in this phone i.e what is
- 35 MB of user memory
- 64 MB SDRAM, 128 MB ROM
- ARM 11, 369 MHz CPU
7- Nokia 5700 owners how do u like the overall performance of this phone ?
8- Where I live the phone costs $275 ( converted the price ) - is that reasonable ?

hey i just got my 5700 couple of hours ago
theres just one question if anyone can help me
how do i get the light on the keypad to turn on when i press the keys or type a messge coz they go off after even a second is there somethign wrong with my set or is this normal

Headphone in picture does not come with phone package. You have to buy extra. I myself have not seen it to buy in my area here

i need help from all
i bought thise phone 3 days bak
it works good in anything but yesterday i went gallery surprise !! i can't seen the files that's on the memory card even i swap the memory and reinstall it again
it happens 3 times yesterday
my card is 1 GB , is there a solution???

thnx farhaan...but isnt it kindda odd that u cant see the folders in gallery.. I nvr had this problem in my 6600 and 6020.
anyways..overll..i liked the phone..and yes, tht equaliser setting u told gives out really gud sound...

the review is the best on the web, full specifications, screenshots, they don´t lie, they say the good and bad of the phone, the results maybe are not good 4U, but If u wanted or not is your choice, better than symbian none!!

@ nixonly4u : Dear It Is Not Poosible To craete A folder In Images using Gallery . bEcause Gallery Only ALlow Albums for Images .& Only One File Move To that Created Album At a time .
Go and Create Ur folder In Images Using File MAnager.Then U can move Ur files In that folder But the GAllery WIll Never Show That folder.

I got this phone juz two days bak...and guys, i must say music quality is amazing and the ph is so damn fast!
Comin to camera..its not so great in dull light condition but gives out crisp images in a bright light or a sunny day.
It looks cool...! I have the red one. It has been catching attention of each and evry person in my office..
Negative abt this phone is, while listening to the music, u can jump to next track by clickin >>| but a click on |Images.
created a folder there. marked all the images and moved them to the new folder.
NOW, I went bak to gallery, But TO MY SURPRISE the folder was not present there.

Sanju : Dear If u have The Installation File Of GAme Then U just Replaced The last ".SIS" Or ".SISX" to ".Si" ANd Send Through Bluetooth.
But If U have GAme Installed On ur Phone U can't Send It.
Dear When We FAst Forward The Video Then The Time Past Randomly Like First 4 sec then 9 sec Then 16 and SO on...

Could someone tell me any pbms they are facing with this mobile. I went down to a shop yesterday and the person selling the mob told me the pbms ppl face using this mob. He told me that many pieces had a faulty remote(the one that comes in the earphone). He gave me no guarantee abt that. He said if i got a faulty one, i'd have to go to a nokia shop and get it changed. He also told me that the flap and the twisting part of the phone could give pbms in the future. Did anyone fac any pbms like that or anyone face pbms with their 3250.
BTW how was 3250, was it a success?? did it have any pbms??
