gaurav, 30 Nov 2008users please help.i have twisting problem in 5700.non of yo... moreThe fone is tite.i mean its superb compared 2 some Nseries gadgets. As 4 the twist probs i av also encountered it.when i went 2 fix it they told me its a sensor problem.went u twist the fone it automatically inverts the images.and it deactivate the keypad.then switch off the fone and on again.

I have the same problem that maria is facing.also my 5700 is out of warrenty period.this problem was also occured before but it automatically fixed when once i rotated it.now it occured again.keypad is not working if i turn it into music or camera mode than i have to restart it to use keypad.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970You don't give enough information of your problem to reply you with an answer. But I think it could be the flex (a wire that connects the twisting part with upper body), maybe you'll need to replace it and isn't so cheap (in my country is like 50 U$D). But if your phone is still under warranty you should have your 5700 repaired for free

i have been using the 5700 for 8 to 9 months now, it was going fine, until a few days back the revolving has created some problem, when i switch to Camera Mode and then switch back to normal mode, it doesn't switch to normal functionality, i don't know why this occurred, any body has any suggestions.... please reply

yeah guys will you please stop this discussion about n96,n91,n79,n81...etc.this forum belongs to 5700,and Dont compare 5700 with n series Have you seen the price difference- 96 is thrice the 5700.
And of all,We Love our 5700-its audio & all that it has at such a cost

I can't afford that. About the review sites I have found divided oppinions, every people say N96 has great sound quality but sites like mobile review and all about symbian wrote that N96 isn't at the level of N91, nor N81. And All about symbian said N96 had some issues with video playing but I think this will be corrected with firmwares. Almost every new phone has its bugs but becomes better and better with updates. I think N96 will be the same story

5700 loudspeaker is the best of the best. My 5700's the problem is signal no stabil.

you are probably not up to date with the latest fuzz! many n96 users are testifying that n96 has better sound quality than both n91 and n81. browse the n96 forums here in gsmarena and mobile-review. or if youre not convince, why dont u try for yourself? youll find out n96 has the best sound quality among all phones today! n96 is the ultimate multimedia device. n96 may not be the best in camera since it doesnt focus on imaging but it is the best in media decoding whether audio or video playback.

N81 is better in music department but N91 is still ahead and I doubt ít´ll be surpassed in the near future because it´s way too loud and has a different audio chip.
But anyway this isn´t Nseries forum, this is 5700 forum and is still a great phone, great music, is cheaper and has an unique shape.

the only factor in which the n81 is more serious in gaming than n95 is that it has a gaming button
but n95 does better graphics
and contrary to popular belief, n96's music capabilities isnt really as good as they say...n81 and n91 are still ahead of it...
and as far as camera goes...
n96 is also a lower tier camera performer of the 5mp batch...
n95 specializes on multimedia....
it has a big screen.....

tootul, 24 Nov 2008hi luis,i want to ask you if this fone is really tough..bec... moreWell, there isn't invincible phone but 5700 is tough enough. I have it since January and I have droped it many times (I think + or - 20) and I have no problems. Yeah the casing has its little scuffs here and there but they aren't so visible only if you watch the phone very close. The screen is like new, no dead pixels, the flex and twisting part is great too, no problems so far. So I think 5700 is tough enough for most people.

hi.i like my 5700.but ofter 1 year the headset and remote control hunged up. now the FF PRW pause and play keys dont works on remote. I asked for this problem and some body said me its because the battery in the remote.when the battery be low the remote keys doesn't work. if some body know anything about this problem ,inform me please.

And FYI, the 5700 was released way before the N81. So YES, I can definitely see the point of releasing the 5700 prior to the N81, since it had the darn feature set FIRST?
