@ Those Who Need IRD REMOTE
I only uses ird Remote 2 years ago in my Nokia 3230.
But not found it free for my n5700.I read daily all the posts here but no one helps us how to get it free,Even Vip_blast not give us help.coz he is the user of ird remote.
@Here is the way@
Go To funmaza DOT com.than under that site click on (MOBILE MANIA) after that click on (Mobile Softwares) than under (Nokia Mobile Softwares - Series 60 - 3rd Edition OS 9.1) section click on page 22 and download (IR Remote 1.03) after download it unzip it,open the folder> open file named (SecMan-Help) And follow the link.a page will be open on ur internet browser.and there download the (Secman_Binpda(crack tool).after download it.Open it and install (s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_6) app on ur phone.after installation.open the TRK app in ur phone,click option and than setting and set connection as USB. and connect yor phone to PC Via cable.then open ur downloaded folder ((Secman_Binpda(crack tool) and click on (SecMan) icon and click next and follow the instruction.then it will say installation is completed.Than open Secman aap in ur phone which is seen with Trk icon in the phone.after open Secman press option and than ''install root certificate''.
After that open the folder (RootSIGN1.0) which is found in ((Secman_Binpda(crack tool) folder.click on (RootSiGN) icon/exe. and there select the (DRM.Common.Solutions.v3.11.Crack) from (psiloc_ir_remote1.03) folder then click on (Root sign this SiS!)button.After that u will see a new SIs file (DRM.COMMON.SOLUTIONS.V3.11.CRACK(FUNMAZA.COM).RootSiGNED) in Ird folder.Now Its done.....
Now Open (psiloc_ir_remote1.03) Folder.
First Install
A)Psiloc.irRemote.v1.03(funmaza.com) SIS.
B)DRM.COMMON.SOLUTIONS.V3.11.CRACK(FUNMAZA.COM).RootSiGNED (which is created by @RootSiGN@ sofware).
and you are ready to go... :)

Jamal Bro I hve tried many brands but nokia is still the best for me........tried SE, Samsung, Motorola but its symbian and nokia for me!! Touch Screen is not my requirement right nw but may b in future!!!

Ir rem0te?ahm its quite oldnews,im using ir rem0te wth my 5700 mga t0l.all that i search end up in asking a license c0de.but when i f0und an0ther irrem0te pack,wth irrem0te v1.03 and drm v3.11 i thnk or greater,then im able to use my 5700's infrared up to n0w.its useful because our rem0te at h0me f0r tv was br0ke.

Tell me how u got irremote on ur phone. How does it work? I want it too. I saw a video of a guy using it on youtube. It looked very cool! It uses infrared right? Then infrared rules. not so oudated after all.

But when I upgrade, I ain't saying goodbye to my 5700. am gonna change the cover so it looks new again and use it as a back up. I too wanted to upgrade to n96 in the future but it just didn't have the touchscreen input which is getting very popular in the mobile industry. so i searched and found the 5800 but nahhhhhh. then i saw the Samsung Omnia. compare that to the n96 & u will hesitate. & take note of the prices of both phones. the n96 is still in my most wanted list but not at the top. but 4 now. am living the life with the nokia 5700. cheers for nokia 5700!!!!

If 6233's battery would fit and work with 5700, Nokia itself should have been the first to mention it.
Only the BP-5M battery works for the 5700. If you want a higher capacity battery, you would definitely have to change your phone.

wow what a app! Guys i am talking about IRD REMOTE great application .its work great on 5700,good work than any original remote control.work great when u 8-10 meter far from ur T.v or any other device.i have easily registered it free.if any one want to know how? than i am here to help U.bye
