It's Symbian OS, but the User Interface that Sony used (UIQ) was dropped and instead they're using Nokia's S60 UI.

nokia has taken policy to loose customer, no hanset for cutomer choice, they are doing their own choice, they are trying to beyond the all band, they are sleeping now or don't have power to make hanset like compititor(sam), they are not proper information about other band hanset, always have so many price, cheap look and quality,

i liked the phone for it keyboard *txt alot x]* but didnt like it for no FM transmitter? wth? so they made place for the keyboard and not for the transmitter?!? ^o)
