Nokia 5800 XpressMusic now Comes with Music in the UK
Today Nokia announced that their first full touchphone - the 5800 XpressMusic will be available with Comes with Music exclusively to Orange UK customers. The really sweet part is that the 5800 in question has the exclusive black and silver color combo if you choose the deal.
It seems like the right thing to do for Nokia bundling one of their most popular handsets recently with a service that went off to a pretty miserable start. While Comes with Music has enjoyed better times in some of the other countries where it's available, it hasn't received what one would call a warm welcome in the UK.
On the other hand the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic has been selling like hot cakes, totaling 2.6 million for the first three months of its existence. Now both Nokia and Orange are hoping that the addition of the Comes with Music service, which offers free access to over 6 million tracks, to the customers will make it even more popular.
Users will be able to download as much music as they like over the course of the two year contract. With price plans starting from 25 pounds (28 euro) per month and including the handset for free, Orange will offer the Nokia 5800 and Comes with Music package, starting from May 29. Sounds like a bargain to music lovers, right?
