      I unboxed the phone, uninstalled/disabled all possible google apps other than map, Installed Newpipe app for Utube, Firefox Lite browser, Truecaller premium for phone & sms, Government of India payments app, Spotify & Microsoft launcher which syncs and allows me to use phone in PC.

            Display is not bright and colorful as AMOLED but very good phone, Battery of this phone fantastic.

                Anonymous, 03 Sep 2020Go for Nokia or SamsungEarlier I used Samsung J7 Pro. Now I'm using Nokia 5.3 . I prefer Nokia than Samsung because Nokia devices are more secure than Samsung devices. Nokia customer care service also really good. We can clarify doubts while operating the phone.

                        I face audio break ups when I quit a game as the audio stutters for a second other than this weird issue everything works just fine
                        Does anyone facing the same issue? My phone is up to date with October patch

                          If u follow most people's opinion u won't use any phone...even Samsung a21s there are lot of complaints too...I am using Nokia 5.3...performance is okay...no lags...camera is okay 4 a mid range phone...but lowlight photo is poor.. battery is okay 4 it's capacity

                            I like most HMD'd Nokia phones. Though they are not like old Nokias (which were a bit pricier but had state of the art engineering. HMD is small company but they are sure trying), their phones have good design and feel pretty darn good in hand. They have no crapware installed (my experience with Xiaomi was very painful because of ads in literally every app) and gets regular updates. But their (or Google's) Android 10 release was buggy and it seems they are slow in fixing bugs.

                                  Terrible camera on the Nokia 5.3 prepay phone, my ten year old Nokia had a way better camera.

                                    I'm using it for about 2months. The only issue I faced is when I go out in sunlight, it turns to full nits and make the dark mode into greyish shade (may be for optimum view) but on return to normal light the brightness comes down but greyish tone doesn't revert (giving exploded contrast to pictures and display, especially the dark theme seems grey) and stay as is for few hours and sometimes for a day or more and then i need to restart. Please guide is this software lag or some sensor issue or screen problem?

                                    Overall satisfactory performance phone, no lag, fast, clean UI, very good signal reception capacity, awesome battery easily last for 1.5days. But camera is slow and not good to shot.
