Other Android phones for 199 with 2 yr uodates cost 100,-/yr.
So if you compare this Nokia to other phones with only 2yr updates, those phones should cost no more than 133,- or they are more expensive relatively.

The price drops in this segment aren't as significant as in the higher end segment, but the price usually drops a more when a successor is announced.

I am also Nokia lover, i had used more than 20 phones of Nokia i think, since the mid of 2004. My last Nokia is Nokia 7. And Lumia is the best for me i think. But i had stop to used for this few years. However i am still crazy for Nokia, whenever i am looking to buy new phone, my first choice is Nokia. Now i look for new phone, i hope i will get my dearest one Nokia.

Tropycal, 03 Jan 2021I would still take the Nokia 5.4 everyday than those Chines... moreI'm definitely agree with you brother, over 15+ years I'm not buying any other phone than Nokia, even the Lumia (windows) series which everyone is barking at for they were best phones ever I used Lumia 920 for 4+ years and the day they stopped working with Windows I got the Android Nokia 6 first one and im still using it, and now waiting for the new 6xx of it comes in 6 months of not probably will get 5.4 or 8xx

PLS TFT is one of the worst screen ever by Samsung. They should dump this idea of manufacturing these panels and start using IPS LCD screen to their budget segment.

I love this phone (both 5.3 and 5.4) but it cost alot for me. i will buy this one year later maybe.

MRO, 06 Jan 2021Looks good in the price bracket I might get one, don'... moreI had a Samsung A21s and wouldn't recommend it because the display is terrible, colours are all washed out and really dull. The Nokia 5.4 has a descent looking display from what I have seen.
