First check if its official model and the manufacturer warranty applies. You may also need to check for supported network bands.
Benefits of 4/64 model is based on your use cases.

I am planning to buy Nokia 6 ,but unable decide from where should i buy whether from Nokia store or Online.Nokia store is giving 3GB/32GB and where as in online we are getting 4GB/64GB.Can you suggest me the best option.

It feels and looks like a flagship not a mid range phone. Phone does heat up sometimes like when playing games and surfing internet for too long. Battery can be used for around 12 to 16 hours by surfing internet,Playing games and torrent downloads also. Camera quality is not something to boast about. But quality is acceptable. Upto now no issue with apps though.
