Hey guys yesterday I have posted that my phone is being overheated after half an hour of internet usage....but today I upgraded to Oreo...and now it's being fixed and I am having Nokia 6 in my hand with n heating issues.
Best branded phone available in the mobile market today........ recommended u to buy....simply awesome . camera has changed like pixel and picture in picture is good,ambient display,no words to define it,simply terrific.ui being better than older one.dolby sound..ufff....go for it

I have got this phone 7 hrs(2:00 Pm - 9:00pm) before(5/4/2018) and for the last 2 hrs(7:00pm - 9:00pm) I was continuously using Internet and the phone is now like a iron box....will I get this heating problems resolved in Oreo update.I am currently using 7.1.2.

Hey..I bought My Nokia 6.But I am not satisfied with Nokia 6.You guys came back...But you disappointed the Nokia Lovers.Better You guys remove the oreo update on Nokia 6.Because My reason for this review is I recent ly update My newly bought Nokia 6.on the day 8 bought It said me to update to oreo.As usual I updated it...and the phone goted hanged..Now it has a problem of Auto restart and I had given to repair...SO guys really this is disappointing...You Nokia team please make the necessary update ..Please update...Even I feel bad giving this bad remark.sorry guys...

Earlier this month the Nokia 6 costed just 150 euro in the Netherlands, that is a very good deal.

This is not that nokia which i used to have. This is something else but not nokia. I was so happy when nokia resurrected and i was the one willing to have a new nokia handset after a long time and finally i got nokia 6 and this phone really a junk. Chinese phones are better than nokia. Everything is bad in this phone. Soon i will get another phone and i will never get back to nokia. Nokia is totally dead now.

Are you able to see the bug (you may need to use a flashlight and magnifier glasses)? If it is visible you could try to pry it gently out using a pair of tweezers. I have found small insects in several of my gadgets, they can totally render some devices unusable, such as CD/DVD writers. For this reason I keep those gadgets that I use only rarely in tightly closed Mini-grip bags.

Ruj, 02 Apr 2018when phone is cool then again phone connect to charger but ... moreAll phones and other electronic gadgets will get warm when they are used, it is not overheating, it is not heating up, it is not a problem, it is normal and a physical fact. When a phone warms up a little, you know that the design of the phone is good, the thermal energy that is generated in the phone (by the components, display, battery, etc) are properly cooled down (because the thermal energy is conducted and radiated out). Since the Nokia 6 has a sturdy aluminum body it is perfect from the viewpoint of cooling the device.
Phones that never feel a little warm are poorly designed, the thermal energy is then accumulated inside the phone, this will reduce the life time of the device.
It is advisable to use _high_ _quality_ charger and cable, preferably those that came bundled with the phone. I have been testing some absolutely horrible 3rd party chargers that are on the market, they are very cheap, I'd never use them for anything. Also there are cables that really are not designed for charging although they are sold as "data+charge" cables.

Anonymous, 25 Mar 2018People buying Nokia would belive Nokia to be as it was from... moreAnonymous OR Samsung fan.,,,,please explain me about sales support by Samsung....they normally forget to deliver update after releasing any phones. I know they have service center all over the world, same apply's to Nokia.....Currently they have less service center but regarding their OS update they are the best .

Forget about the overheat.....all devices heat. Except samsung. but samsung lags.....no pbhone is perfect too.
BUt for choice
Nokia 5 has better brightness than Nokia 6. Nokia 6 has dull display ! Choose nokia 5
3000 m battery is more efficient on 5.2 inch 720p than on 5.5inch 1080p. Choose nokia 5 whoever wants to buy.

Have been using it for 5 days..When mobile data is on the device is heating up. Battery drains so fast. Sometimes lag in operation. Build quality us good. Camera is very very poor in low light conditions.
