Nokia still not designing nor manufacturing these HMD Global n Foxconn ventures. They just pay the royalty to NOKIA OYJ Finland. However we still hope some of the board of director from Nokia at HMD Global (belong to Finnish) will put back those Nokia originality and design quality as the original NOKI OYJ.
NOKIA OYJ made the dumbest, most idiot decision at that time by flushing out their consumer phone bussiness to Microsoft. screwed later by Msoft crazy n idiotic plans. Now Original NOKIA owned NOTHING, except the brand name image with royalties.
Dont put too much expectation to these new borned Nokia Android phones as the returning of authentic Nokia 3210, 3310, 1600, E7 etc.

In your terms even Samsung will be not be a premium phones, they have also cheap J series phones and other Low end phones too. And even LG for that matter has low end phones which are not good for anything.
So brother Premium models means Flagship. And HTC 10 has very good build quality than any phone on the market.

My father still uses Nokia 1600 back from 2005 and it works fine!
I guess almost everyone have a similar story with some Nokia phone...
And that's the reason for the big excitement of people for Nokia's comeback.
Great durability...
When everything will disapear from this planet and some alien race will visit our planet the only thing that will find is a Nokia 3310 with full battery and in great condition...
Nokia not only connecting people but will connect the remains of the human civilization with some alien race one day - i'm not kidding...Nokia phones are so long lasting!

Still waiting to see a Nokia phone with Snapdragon 625/626 or 653 SoC or the 821 or 835 variants.Otherwise it reminds of Samsung C5,weak chipset with tons of RAM and good build,screen and camera.
