One thing is for sure, the battery life. Nokia excels in battery life and I also expect the camera to sport carl zeiss optics just like in the lumia series [excluding microsoft].

Nokia you should come up with all latest technology in the mobile industry like
1a)Best battery backup(long browsing hrs without heating issue, 4G talktime),
1b)Removable battery
2)NFC, IR
3)C Type charger
4)LED flash for front & rear camera
5)Basic storage should start with 16GB(like N8)
6)Ability to move apps from mobile storage to Memory card
7)Best NOKIA SUITE for android device
8)City lens application like in symbian s^3
