While zooming in back camera picture quality looks skaked

Hi everyone, please am having this issue with my Nokia 6, the back camera & flashlights are not working, at times when I tried to restart, reboot my phone, clear cache data the back camera would come back & it's flashlights, but now have tried same thing, no toggle option for back camera & flashlights in camera app, only front camera works. please I need solution to it as soon as possible. Thanks.

My phone wouldn't turn on, 3 days before I went to America, t I took it to Ca Phone Wharehouse, they sent it back. Being without it cost me money.
It wascreturem last week, my comtact list, wiped. My bank app wiped, my wharprda app.
I've struggled to get everything back on. Now I can't turn it off. I tried calling it, phone can't take calls. It's going to cost my another £30 to take it back to CPW.

Has anyone had the same problem as me?
I bought my TA-1025 on Amazon but it has only been updated to Android 8.0.0 security patch level: February 01, 2018.

Have been try to upgrade my Nokia 6 on the run its just stop while data finished,I can't access my phone since then just put on android and download mode at the bottom left please any option to activate it,thanks.

i solved each and every problem by just the 'support chat'.it took a very short time.
still didn’t found any diffect till november 2017.
use it as it is compatible of.everything would be fine.

I don't understand these negative comments. I have the TA-1000 - and it's a brilliant phone!
I've updated to Pie - and tested it on 7.1 and Oreo. I haven't had a single issue.
I've dropped this phone numerous times, and thanks to the hard casing - it's still going strong.
I had several phones, from iPhones to Sony - this Nokia is the best

ernie, 20 Jul 2019the problem is the battery is so hot..plsss think twice bef... moreI think the heat is coming from the SoC and not from the battery itself.. Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 is still quite hot because it's essentially an "optimize" or maybe tone down version of Snapdragon 615, which is hot.. Every devices using this SoC suffered this issues (especially devices with aluminum backplate)
