In android theres not one app for music, video, photos etc. The are large number of app which differ in their philosophy. You can try few top rated apps from the store for yourself.
You may like an app which I may not like. And the app UI would be entirely different, whereas in Windows its more similar/consistent.
That said I am still using Play Music, Google Photos apps and yet to try another app from store.

However, coming from Lumia phone with high sensitivity touch, I had a feeling that the touch is not sensitive or not working at times during initial usgae. Now I got used to it. Its sensitive and responsive, but with Lumia's high sensitivity I dont have to touch the screen, I can hover a little above screen to tap, which is not possible in Nokia 6. If you are coming from Lumia, that may be the reason.
Regarding the lag, if you have mutiple apps open in background, you can try closing them and then check the animation lag. You can even disable the animation in developer options to reduce the lag. Update us here if you are able to solve it.

I liked design in silver colour and good performance and camera is ok.. Really u loves

The only issue i noticed that
1. The touch is not responsive sometimes, i had to touch twice or thrice.
2. While opening the apps & taskbar, it takes a bit to load the animation.
Did you notice the problems??? or may be my device is faulty.
