I have it now for 4 days, after having a samsung s300. Samsung has a better screen, but overall performance of this Nokia is way better. i agree that most Nokias are too much alike, but this 6100 is very good. Changeable covers, but not that feeble feeling, not too plastic at all. It is a good, firm phone, with all the features i need. I have had Bluetooth, but couldn't do anything with it. And why do i need a camera? So i can pay 50 eurocents to send it to other people? I don't thnik so, but if it suits for you fine....

Hello, I just got this phone and I can say it's a good one, except for the games lack and the poor ringtone selection. Everyone can't afford GPRS.. :)
Great design, I feel it is a Collector's Item.

Very bad phone don't buy one!! the back light behind the keys is USELESS can't see the letters in low light. the handsfree unit is held on by flimsy plastuc clips that break off with any side load at all. mine lasted 2 weeks. just like the old old old Erickson used to do. lots of features that you don't need bad design. Style wins over performance. My advise buy anything but this pile of crap.

It's the smallest coloured phone I ever seen which make it popular. It's about $420, still too bad compared with its poor features.

Karem, the screen does waver when you play bounce, but it's ok actually.
It doesn't lag / jam. Graphic movements are as smooth as a laptop.

guys I heard something. They say that the phone gets hard in coping with complex pictures or animated features such as games? They say that it occurs because of the STN based LCD screen which consumes less electrical power but lacks in performance a little bit..Users of the phone PLEASE MAKE A COMMENT on this issue.

Wow man, that was so ugly story, but Nokia could realy invent some service for qestions.Like for 3650,I was looking for some extra information about that phone, but there even doesn't exist FAQ part of the page when you can find real informations, only boring texts, where Nokia did this,Nokia did that,jsjgfjeryehfg...

Here's a lil' something for u 2 think about: 1)Why the fuck isn't there a"contact us"link on the Nokia Phones page?! 2)With all the fancy hi-tech features, why is Nokia so goddamn stubborn not 2 include a freakin'alarm clock with week-days recurrence rule and an in-call timer?!?! That's what I'd like 2 know after paying 500$ for one of their pieces of shit!

In the 6610 there's no picture phonebook, as far as I am aware, but you can assign pictures and ring tones to your phonebook groups.
My problem is that you cannot assign downloaded images or ring tones to the groups in the 6610, just the originals. Is this changed in the 6100?
