Hi, I purchased this phone a couple of days ago it seems to work well. it has many great features that can keep you company. The downside for this phone is that it has very low memory, so there is basically no point of Nokia adding all those features because the memory always seems to be full, your always limited to the amount of pictures, videos, ring tones, and games you can have. Other than that the design is excellent.

Hi,
I’ve trying to the Nokia software Suite 6.70.22 to resize some images so I can download to the phone. But I can’t find the Nokia 6101 on the pick list to resize the images to a screen size of 128X 160 for the main screen. All I can get is 128 X 128.
Does anyone know if another phone has the same size screen size? I have downloaded the latest Nokia software.

Hi, I've been having this phone fr a few months now and really like it but it does have some draw backs.
Firstly the battery life is only about 3-4days and that too by not using the phone often! Secondly everytime I swich it on I get an error "checkconnection setting" well I've taken the phone to be checked several times and dont seem to fing anything wrong with it. If anyone else has the same prob as me would appreciate if there was a solution.
Lastly I cant seem to download mp3 rigntones from the phone. I've tried from the site saved on my bookmarks but keep getting an error as "file format unknown"
Can anyone tell me a way of getting mp3 rigntones onto my phone or a site to download through gprs?

i've had this phone for 2 months now and i am very pleased. it hasnt given me any problems and it's easy to use. it's my first nokia and will probably purchase another type in the future.

This phone is a disaster, after 1 month the screen would freeze, a million and one error messages would appear and after it being "repaired" three times its still doing the same thing!! Ive had to try very hard not to destroy this thing against a wall and be done with it. Ive since heard bad things about nokia flips, they should stick to what they do best cos this model is for the tip! All my other phones (samsung and motorola flips) have lasted 2 years plus!

the nokia 6101 is great phone. i wud like 2 know more info abt it. whats the total time of recordind songs? how many songs/music can u record?

I always used to buy used phones online, I finally decided to buy a new one and I bought the Nokia 6101. This phone is great!!!!! I have gone through about 7 diffrent cell phone, this is the one I am planning to keep!!! The money I gave for this phone is worth it to the last penny!!!!!

This phone sucks it has only 4mb memory!!!! and it hasnt got any memory slot. The mp3 player is useless!!!

i bought my 6101 yesterday and find it good, somebody said that it hungs up, but according to my analysis, the fone memeory is just around 4MB w/c is obviously cannnot operate well when you take so much images, videos, messages etc.
it means that your mememory cache is enable to respond your system so that it hungs up when you used o lat of it so i recommended to buy a CA-42 CABLE to transfer your files into your pc so that you can erase and free up some space on your fone.

I just brought the Nokia 6101. Love the phone but can't hear callers so it's useless. Taking it back :(

its a nice fon... i have it now for a month and its good... the only problem is that the gprs is not working..... i already downloaded all the settings but it won't work.... and the big surprise is its mms capability is to the max!!!!! why???? because its free!!!! i dont know if its the network provider's problem but i am the only one who has this feature since i bought the fon.... nice.... hehehehehe...............

My aim isnt working on my phone either. I have no idea what the problem is but the second day after i bought it, it stoped working. Its a nice phone and all but this is making me upset.
