I got this for a birthday present. Kind of silly thing to do I thought ... no MMC slot no mp3 player and no memory either.
Even though I tried selling it now I take my thoughts back ... damn this thing looks sexyyy!!! Whoever I showed this fone went "wooaaahhh coooool" ... Im in Pakistan and this set isnt popular here.
Still i may exchange this with a 6670 cus im getting it cheap or else I LOVE IT!
One question though ... in the review u get the shake with one hand close thingy, is it TOTALLY SAFE ? Ive done that a lot of times havent had problems but this thing is jus a month old mind u ...
Also yea please please please post a link for themes ... would be veryyy thankful.
Its an excellent fone if you are looking for an elegant looking mobile ... make that a sexy looking mobile!

This is truly a great girly phone. Easy to use and looks very posh. The only flaw would be the small memory.

Got this fone 4 my bday yesterday and so far i think its great! However it was advertised as having mp3 ringtones, so i thought i wud b able 2 record my own somehow, but i cant find any way of doing this other than using the record function but then they come out fuzzy sounding, anybody got any tips?

i really like nokia phones. i have always use nokia phones coz its fast.im thinking of getting nokia 6101 and wats the " push to talk" anyway ?? im still deciding whether to get a black or white one??

COME ON
for the phone's battery to last longer the first 3 or 5 charges should be like:
completely drain out battery, then charge for 6-8 hours.
This warm-up procedure will help your phone battery to last longer.
Mine lasts for 5-6 days.
This phone is superb!

Im thinkng of buying the white nokia 6101 from Next Mobile as they seem to be the only place in Aust that have it in white. Has anyone every bought anything from these guys before?

outer screen went blank (well, blue) again!!! and inner screen is going bananas too: it's going white every other second... and that for about 30 times!!! cryyyyyyyyy

to 'Rietta Carter' i dont know if you have read any of the other peoples post, but a couple people have gaven websites to buy the white version
as far as i know though, they're not selling white in shops as yet and i dont know why that is

mate, b digital sell the white and black color ! but still this phone doesn`t have a snake game like my nokia 8250.

I am currently looking for a new phone I thought I had found it in the 6101. I am a bit disappointed as they only come in black.
Can you tell me why in Australia they only have the black and overseas they have both.

I think strathfield or B shop stock the white one (cant remember which one), just like they stocked the white 7260. Looks pretty need, but the phone itself seems flimsy. Each to their own

If you use the phone a lot the battery tends to drain a little quicker than if it were just sitting and collecting dust. duh...
if you don't want the battery to drain... don't play with it.

Hi!
my battery only lasts three days, and if i play golf or take videos, only about one day!
i'm going to do nothinhg with it now except for making txt messages and calling, i wonder how long the battery will last...
also, when i just had this phone, the outer screen went bananas sometimes and the inner screen went blank several times. then i let the battery drop till it was empty, recharged it, and now it works like a dream! (knock on wood)

i've bought this phone 3 days ago, and I must say this is a good phone if you need capture few pictures, listen to radio, and enjoy long-lasting battery life. I had nokia 6230 before, it was a really superb phone, but having all the things [i mean mp3, radio, video etc.] in one phone just may cause some software errors.
Buy this if you are looking for stylish flip-phone, cause it is really worth it.

I just recieved this phone today, really like it. I got sent a white one as well, very nice. Easy to use and the camera quality is good. Very happy :o)

I got this phone last friday and am pleased so far but have a few questions.
How do I make it so the mini display is always bright and not dimmed, I like to check the time often and dont want to open the phone to see it.
Also, is there a better guide to the camera, when I go to options I don't know what half the options are.
The manual doesn't explain a lot and I have a bunch of questions about some of the settings I want to change.
It is a very good phone though, great battery life and the flip is very sturdy
