ive had this phone for 2 years now. and it is really bad.
it freezes when it wants to
it turns off and on again when it wants to
it deletes text messages when writing
bad sound quality
maybe its just because ive dropped it on the floor a couple of times

hv had this fone for over 3 years...though it is d cutest of all....but when i bought it,it was for 16000 rs. n had had a real tough time with its ringer,no repairs at all.moreover d applications n features r not wprth its price....awful...DO NOT BUY!!!

I have had this phone since June of 2006. So far i have only had it fixed once due to the slider breaking but apart from that it is a very good wear and tear phone. I drop it alot and everytime its been fine. The only problem it the memory. It doesnt have a lot of memory which is annoying. The occasional freeze but no phone is perfect. Its time for an upgrade though because i have had it for almost 2 years. but apart from that, it has been a good phone for me :)

I have had this fone for ova a yr nd had no probs... why are ppl complaining???
Its very good and some of my friends have it and yeah its just you guys dont like so u dnt want ppl 2 buy it i kno the wayz around it... well if u kno urs fones good enouff u can fix it ITS REALLY EASI U KNO?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

i'm absolutly in love with this phone! but after reading thr reviews i'm a little worried! does any one know a fone that looks like this (apart from the nokia 5200 and 5300)with expandable memory? i'm would so buy this phone if it had expandable memory!

most retarded phone ever!!
problems that ive had,
1.turns on and off wen it feels.
2.doesnt charge.
3.bad speaker.
4. wen writing a message it deletes it automatically.
5. freezes constantly.
and much more! very annoying fone. got it replaced brand new fone as it got repaired over 6 times and this one (the new one) is even worse than the first one! frustrating!!
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I work at a cellphone company, and would not reccommend this phone to even my worst client. Nokia is a great brand, dont get me wrong, but 80% of these Nokia 6111 bought, all come back with software issues. Rather settle for the Nokia N-series cellphones, they are well worth it!

i bought this phone a year ago ever since it has been the worst phone i have took it back about 4 times at least it has turned off on its own it doesnt turn back on when you have switched it off the keys fell off it goes blank at the start then goes all slow and funny with you i would not recommend this phone it is absouloutley rubbish DO NOT EVER BUY A NOKIA 6111 .

I bought this mobile a year ago. I've always had nokia mobiles, as I like them very much and they're easy to use. However, I can assure that this one is the worst mobile I've ever had!!
It is very handy and cute, but the signal was so poor that it was imposible to use it at home or indoors (isn't that weird?). Apart from that, sometimes, when I try to send a text message, it switches off suddenly.
Now I want to buy another mobile, as I can't this one any longer, but I'm not sure to buy another nokia. It has dissapointed me very much.

I have had ths 4ne for about 3 months now.i bot it 4rm a friend,so it wasnt new.but ths 4ne doesnt charge.when u put it on charger,it charges for about 5secs n then it indicates"NOT CHARGING" i have had it taken to 2 different techinicians but no success i even changed the charger and the battery,but all was the same .so to charge it i 1st hav 2 remove the battery n charge it directly.ths really kills me!!
Plus ths phone doesnt work on downloadable features that require network access.ths kills me the more coz i was used to downloaded features coz using them is cheaper than just going directly to the internet.
Any tips on how i can go about my probs are highly appreciated.

Had this phone for far too long!!! features were good but it's reliability is very poor. Typically nokia. back to samsung for me

had this phone for about 3 weeks. it slipped out of my hand yesterday and landed on the ground. it broke. screen doesnt work! not very durable.
i do not recomend this phone for people that drop things often or travel a lot and could potenialy have it knocked out of their hands.
i had accendently dropped my old phone (which i have had for over 2 yrs) many times and even on cerment and have had no problems at all.
all in all this phone is very cute, light and compact but not durable at all.

This phone is very good having no problems. as this is getting older i am going to change it but i am not getting the resale value.

Have had this phone for 2 years now and absolutely love it!! Not had any problems with it at all, only now as it is getting a bit old, it is sometimes less responsive when going into the menus. I'm getting a nokia 6500 slide as it's time for a new phone but after reading the reviews for that I'm a bit worrried!! Want to stick with the 6111!!!

oh my, i have had a few phones in my time and this has got to be the worst phone i've ever owned. Sound problems from the start. Had to send it off twice to be repaired, third time i just gave up and got a 6230.. best nokia phone ever!.. IF you want a small simple, comfortable handset. Invest in one of those!.. Avoid the 6111 at all costs!..
