Nokia 6111

Not a fan of the 6111 at all, have had several other nokia's and they were really good. Have only had mine for 6 weeks and is about to go back for repairs for the 2nd time. First time issues with phone were: locking up & screen going white, only fixed by powering off. Slider loose, (only marginally better after repair). Sound is terrible, my 3210 was a lot better, blue tooth head set sound is appauling, a lot of crackling and feedback (no, it is not a headset issue). About to send back as still locking up, sound still bad and now the auto keyguard lock won't activate. In short, leave this phone alone.

mitch.... your comment on the 6111 was appauling!!! i'm pretty sure volleyball isn't applicable for this phone. if further comments are posted on such forums we will regretably be forced to block and traffic from your server.

Hi! Nokia 6111 is a beautiful slider phone. Lovely mobile phone, especially I just love the size of its so small and slim, its such a SWEETHEART.

Delayed reaction are the best indooor volleyball team in the world!!!!!! This is why all pple should get this phone so they can take pictures of the greatest sporting athletes in the world!!!!

HY HELLEN, i went back to the store and asked for a new nokia but it had the same problem, i then contacted nokia, they saiy its a software problem but if you take it to a nokia store they will upgrade your phone and it should be ok, i really loved the design of the phone but asked for my money back at the store, now il just wait until i see another phone that i like.

ive had my 6111 for bout 2 months now and it is a verry good phone but i have also noticed that when i get a message it will say the wrong time is this a problem with all of then or just a few?

hey...i just got a 6111 and the HS-23 headset with it..the problem is it works perfectly with my friends phone and just one plug works even in stereo mode wen i use it with my phone ...is there a problem or some setting?...

hey im from portugal and just got a nokia 6111. altough my time settings are correct, whenever i receive an sms it doesn appear with the correct time, say if i received one at 15:36, messagem details says 14:36. has anyone else been experiencing this? please reply as soon as possible, else will go to the shop to complain.

The only thing good about this phone is that it is nice looking. Screen clear. Sliding open can be rough as the keys can pop out of place. Battery life good. Easy to use as with all Nokias. The phone is not very substantial scratches and dents easily, cheap plastic case. It has put me off Nokia. I am trying a Motorola V3i next.
