the phone, when i can use it is fine, the problem is it breaks far too frequently. i have it on an o2 online tariff and i am now on my 4th handset. the screen freezes and the phone restarts all the time, it cuts out during calls and it sometimes stops charging. o2 online customer service is awfull aswell so never get a contract with them!! took them two months to repair and return my last 6111 that broke!!

i prefer to use my old n3650 than this one. i tink it is the nokia big mistake. looks good outside but the resistance is soooo bad.
it broke in 5 months.

no memory card slot?? what nonsense is that? i was almost to buy this fon but since i knew it doesnt have the memory card slot, i decided to buy samsung.
too bad coz the specs is almost perfect

This phone is bad. I bought it brand new from a reputable phone company, and it broke within 3 months. The phone would randomly "restart" about once a day, and the screen has developed a crack, and "bled" so that half my screen is black. The worst bit is that this is classed as a "mechanical" fault, and so Nokia won't do anything under warranty. It doesnt matter that I wasn't using it when the fault occured, it doesnt matter that i've never dropped it, hit it, exposed it to water etc. They still won't budge.
Thank you Nokia for releasing a faulty design and not taking the blame >:(

i got this phone yesterday and i getting problems with it already. when i try to go in to my message inbox i am getting a prompt saying "action failed, try again later". the infared not workin either. everything about the phone is so hotttt but i am disappointed by the problems. i have to take it back and hope it gets replaced:(

I'm thinking about buying this phone, but I'm not sure. Some of you say that it's getting ruined, or something doesn't work properly.. What is it that goes wrong with it most of the time? Please, help me. Thanks.

The Nokia 6111 is the WORST phone ever. I have had 2 sets of flex cables changed for the sliding mechanism on this phone changed and it went again. That's it for me & this phone. My screen is completely blank again & will remain that way. What a waste!!. Forget this phone. If you still decide to go NOKIA go with the 6230 or 6230i.

i got this phone about 2 weeks ago and now i am up 2 my third one because they keep breaking no matter how good i treat them.... the screen busts so u can only see the backlight

this 6111 is an aight phone, but ive only used it for 3months and there is already a screen problem because of sliding design. Sendin it in will cost me 60bucks and the guy said it happens to everyone...i will have to say its not soo reliable

I have always been a big Nokia fan ever since the 3210 but since I got the 6111 I have changed my mind. When it first arrived it would only switch on for 2 seconds then cut out so I had to get an exchange immediately which didn't prove too easy at the time. The second one seemed to work better at first but now (6 months later) it has started actin the same way cutting out when it is fully charged! And now I will have to send it for repair which means I'll be without a phone and I don't hold much hope that it won't do it again in the future. I bought the phone because I loved Nokia and it was a very aesthetically pleasing model but I wouldn't recommend it. If you still want to buy one make sure you return it straight away if you have problems at the start.

My m8 did n it woz crap! they only sell it on their to get rid of it bcuz it probably caused them problems! DOOOOON'T BUY IT OFF E-BAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, just about to buy a Nokia 6111. Just wondering how many photos you can hold and if the phone lets you send stuff from the phone to the usb dongle on the pc. Please let me know asap

Thinking about buying the phone but reviews are very mixed, some saying its a fantastic phone others saying its rubbish. Any particular problems occured that have cause real problems for any of you?

Looks cool, good stereo sound mp3, but dosen't have memory slot,memory not enough, screen size is small compared to 6600, screen resolution is great, bit too costly 13K , lets wait price may come down.

I have had this phone for about 4 months and i love it. The camera is great and the sound quality is excellent. It is a great size , better than most phones!!!

okk...hi there anyone. Well i got now for 3 months the 6111...works ok but ill be blown if i can connect to pc via blue tooth or visa versa..nokia web is pathetic for their suite and 6111 does not exist..if you can help me connect phone to pc and visa verse by bluetooth ..please help. :)) thanks all.my email is intaserv@iafrica.com :)

i said i liked this phone when i first brought it but it has gone well down since ui have had it in the last month i have had to take the phone back twice, and i have just had to send it off to get fixed due to a fault in thew phones each time and the memory is rubbish.
