i really like this fone iv had it 4 bwt 3 months now. its really cool but da battery life on da fone is rubbish and da memory space is rubbish.

Well depends what you really want. If i had the money for a D600 i would certainly chose that. I have a 6111 and its really good and easy to use. D600 looks very classy and for the business man. It all depends how old you are ? =] btw very similar features

guys,
how can i get small font activated on setting menu ?? seems like the icon is offline (unclickable) :D
and what OS do N6111 have ? is it symbian or JAVA based ?

thanx ant! xx, anotha question how do i get music from my comp on2 my fone?? and dus ne1 kno if the fone is ment 2 cum with a usb bcoz mine didnt bt it dus hav a usb port and u can connect t tha comp with that, do u hav to buy them separate?? thnx ne1. XXX

Brought my Nokia 6111 pink on monday its great, i love it!! The only thing i would say is the usb and charger port is soo annoying im used to have in at the bottom of the phone not the top and the little cover on mine keeps opening!!
Other than that its a great phone and recommend it to anyone!

ive had my nokia 6111 3 months now and i love it!
its so lightweight,much better than any other phone ive had.the concerns ive read in this forum regarding the battery are valid,my wife has a nokia 3120 and weights about the same she gets a week batt life out of hers.sure i talk heaps more than she does(believe that or not!)but with the 6111 it has alot todo with fact that it powers 262000 colours vs 4061 colours in the 3120.i recommend the 6111 to anyone to takes good care of there mobile,the 6111 requires alot of tlc.

Screen whiteout/blackout problem - just go to Nokia service centre to upgrade to firmware 3.45.
As for firmware v3.58 - not sure what it does, as v3.45 is (as far as I can tell) bug free. Anyone knows, please inform.
Phone as a package is very good. The DESIGN is GREAT. It's not meant to be a media rich phone so stop complaining about the memory size. There are other chunkier phones for those purposes.

yay! finally gt my pink 6111! love it! the display is great the camera is fantastic and the speaker is too. I would def recommend it. but the only thing is no message details are displayed wen u get txt, u cqan go 2 message details and read wen it was recieved but i need 2 kno wen it was sent 2, can ne1 pls help? XXX

Finally received this phone after a 3 month wait(due to a fault in the phone). I was very impressed by its stylish looks and its actual size. Battery life isn't great but i alwyas charge my phone up every night so that should'nt be too much of a problem. I've had it a couple of days now and so far so good.

the 6110 looks o.k and works o.k but doesn't realy come close to a d600 but its small has a nokia menu and it's not a bad bye at all

the bat lasts for about 2 days if just used for texting and few short calls, i hope that helps, also for the people who have problems with press 0 its the interent short cut on most handset so dont hold it down so long.hope that helps a few peeps, ive had mine for 2mths and had no problems at all.

Great Phone,
I didn't want to many options on a cellphone so this 6111 is great for me!
Small and all major options are included. The slide quality is good even the playback/recording of film/pictures.
I've got Firmware V3.45. But the latest is V3.58! Anybody know what the differences are in v3.58?

hi,bought this phone,was chuffed to bits,looks great but NO BLOODY MEMORY I bluetoothed 4 normal size mp3 tracks over to the phone and the whole memory was full! i feel very let down by nokia,best looking phone on the market but what a waste,i thought phones of today should all have basic memory cards!

The best free software to edit sound files and save them under the mp3 format : wavepad (www.nch.com.au/wavepad)

I've had mine now for nearly a month - battery life is not that great (recharge every 3 days).
And one problem I've noted like many others is the screen just flicks off on its own - I'll be typing an SMS and the screen just dies!! :(
I think it's a bit dodgy - and for the price I paid outright ($560.00) I'm disappointed to say the least.

Can any one tell be what to choose between 6111 and 3230 ???!!!
the 6111 looks better but i am worried about the life time.
