To set any music (mp3,wave, acc,...) as a ring tone:
go to the file, options, use tone, set as ring tone,,
To set a photo as your screensaver or wallpaper:
go to the photo, options, use image, set as...

I've had it for 2 weeks now. Now problems with the software as an answer for the questions higher up in the thread. I installed Opera Mini and it works great. Watched swedish television using the default browser today. The UI of the phone is fast and the OS or whatever it is called is very good. I have seen many small improvements, one for example is when I want to spell a word the dictionary doesn't recongnize it keeps the word I already entered so I usually only have to fill in the last two letters. This is a big difference for me. I installed a 512mb SanDisk card for photos and music.

You can use the video recorder as long as you want, (depends on the memory),,
also you can take photos ((black & white, negative, sepia)),
The mp3 is great with equalizer feature, and you can use Mono or Stero sound type,
The main screen reseloution is 262kb color, and you can see it very clearly, also you can show your images in the whole screen, the mini screen has a little bit low resoloution 64kb but you can use to take picture of yourself useing the camera, and it's ok for me because it's mini screen,
6125 comes with 4 Java games: Golf, Solitaire, Rally 3d, and backgammon, also you can add more games and application if you want but only ((Java)),
((For that you need to install Nokia PC Suite from nokia website, and it's free,,
Another sweet feature, you can show Flash files in the phone and use it as wallpaper or screensaver,
Also, you can put any video as a screensaver, or you can use it as a video call (when some call you the video play),

Another thing Fz, does this phone have a nice crystal clear display and does it give good quality pictures? Could you also tell me a bit more about the videoing time, games, mp3 player and other features. I would appreciate it if you could.(Rick)

SERIOUS QUESTION:
Does stereo bluetooth on 6125 mean that you can listen to phone conversion in stereo quality when you purchase some of the new stereo bluetooth headsets?
According to Plantronics 590a wireless stereo bluetooth/headphones (it says on its box):
To listen in stereo you either must use plantronic's bluetooth adapter (small 3.5mm device included with 590a) or your device must have A2DP profile (stereo bluetooth).

I already put some disadvantages, but until now I don't have any charging problem. In fact, my cell can be full in just 1 hour,,
yeah, it's that fast, :):):):):):)
As a regular user it last with me like 4-5 days,,

Could someone tell me what are the primary disadvantages or problems with this phone. Let me know if there is any charging problems as well - the previous Nokia phones I have had weren't very reliable when it came to charging.
Please let me know ASAP because I am considering to buy the Nokia 6125 very soon. Thanks

hehe...i knw k750 is a great phone but this time i will try to get my self a flip... :)
but i dont like the desgin of 6131 which is bigger than 6125 and more expensive...at my place, 6131 is more expensive than k750 but cost the same as V3x.

For Sonyericsson k750, it's a great phone and even better than 6125 from:
camera quality(2 mp + auto focus),
40 mb sharedmemory !! wow),
I can't say no, but hey, do you want flip phone or bar phone !?
make up your mind, hahahaha
6125 has great features as a flip phone,
For nokia 6680, my brother had it before and it's almost the same sound quality as 6125,,
hey, if you like 6125's features, take a look at nokia 6131 (which has 3 external colors), they are almost the same features but different design,,
it's up to you,,

for the handset it looks more stylish, I like it, and it has volume bottons, it's better sound quality than 6230i's.
Do you see the two holes in the front?! these are the speakers, so I think you can heart it in the street, just don't forget to put it in vibration to be sure you don't miss a call from your GF, hahahaha

Hi FZ or other users,
Since many users here are ex-6230i/6230 owners, what's your opinion on both handsets external speaker's volume?
When using MP3 as ringtone/SMS tone, is it well heard on busy street?
I used to own 7270 which is also a clamshell mobile from nokia but sadly the ascending ringing and really week volume puts me off..

I compared my cell phone with my friends' and I saw that 6125's sound is better than the motorolas.
When you use the headset it's like listening to your own ipod and when you use the speaker it's like using I don't know how to say it but the sound is very clear and you can hear it in the intire room. It has a great speakers. ^.^
