To ammar -- the screen measures 2.2 inches diagnolly...the screen is very big and very clear and u ll really enjoy watching fullscreen pictures and videos.....

Okey, so I'm strongly considering buying this phone but I have a question:
So in the pictures I noticed that the language is Polish. Even though I speak Polish fluently, I'm still curious to know whether English is an option.

This is the best tel that I buy I have 1g memory and have lot of music,videos,tonos,fotos,games and have memory available no have other tel that this nokia 6131 I tell to my friends and they buy it to pass music with me ............

Here are the answers to some of the questions posted below---- It can handle upto 2gb micro sd...and yes , u can open the handset with a touch of a button..and , u cannot change the panel of this handset....

:)) i use this phone for 1 year and .. SURPRISEE!! It has a FLIGHT MODE, it's right there in his profiles ;) .. i'm talking about the 6131, so it has the FLIGHT MODE and it's working fine, i've used it many times ..

I just b0ught my f0ne yesterday,2nd hand,the back c0ver already peel,but stil i can jam wth it,with few scratches.Can i play music and fm tru blutut headset?I swapped my 6230i 1gb wth 6131 128mb and add 500php(RP).Answer my quiry guys,it can b use as a flash drive?Can it handle a 2gb micro sd card?Wats the latest firmware and the m0dificati0n?Can i change the casing and keypad?H0w much?Pls answer me,im glad it can supp0rt m4a music.Help me guys,tnx

Im using the 6131 now, put my 8800sirocco back in its box!
This phone is perfect, its got a great camera, cool design if you txt a lot BUY THIS PHONE!!! its the easiest phone to txt on , and its quick responses mean no lagging!once you expand the memory to 1gig, its just...perfection!

This phone is the first Nokia i have ever had and it is only average.... the battery life is shocking and the camera is crap unless you are in supreme sunlight!!! also, i hate it how the profiles reset themselves when you change the theme.
the only good thing about this phone is that it is really easy to text and has a good screen. heaps of people say that the black paint peels off but i havent had any problems with it

I've always had Nokia phones, but this one is disappointing.
Apart from opening like a Star Trek communicator (yes, that's cool) the battery life is average, the screen is difficult to read in bright light, the signal strength is difficult to pick out, and the hands free use with Bluetooth gives a lot of echo to those talking to you.
Looks cool, a good foray for Nokia into clamshell phones, but a bit disappointing overall. I'm looking hard at the Treo 750 now.

Not sure about 6131, I have the 6126 which is the same minus IF & FM Radio. On my 6126 there is a flight mode. Go to menu/ settings/ set profile/ Flight. If it's not there this wasn't very smart of Nokia seeings how the phones are identical except for the 2 things mentioned above.

i've been using my fone for 10 months already. i must say that it's great. it doesn't hang especially when you texting or anything. nice sounds, color is also fine though there are also cons. When you change the theme of your fone the profiles you saved will reset so you have to save new ringtones all over again. the cover is peeling especially on the black covering so instead i use a silicon rubber case to protect it from peeling . the camera is not that good unless the lighting is so good that it will produce good colors. i guess thats it.. =)
