I have a problem with this mobile phone it sometimes automatically lowers volume down and it can voice dial somebody from phonebook it also happens that the left right up down buttons dont work at all for a 20-30 seconds. If someone had this or similar problem please help me.

Shakir Nazly, 16 Jan 2011this is the best phone i have got,I agree. Its a great phone! I can't believe it's discontiued!! I've dropped mine and lost the message and ringing tones although the vibration still works. I have to leave it on a wooden table so I can hear it when it goes off. I've just bought a new battery and charger, which incidently, arrived yesterday and I also topped up - so would LOVE to buy a replacement. Not into all this new 'technology' so don't want to upgrade to touch screen etc... I like my basic, easy to use 6131.

This was my first phone... Its so easy to use & has cool media funtions as well as easy internet access... I'd love to own one again... Could the suppliers suggest this phone to Mobile Phone companies in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea? They don't sell them here anymore... Yet the demand for it is high... Lots of customers are searching for it... Small retail outlets order them but they sell out too fast.... Please... We need this phone here in PNG...!

I love this phone... It was my first phone & was so easy to use... I'd really like to own one again but they're not selling them anymore here in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea... Could the suppliers of this particular phone, by any chance, suggest this phone to Mobile companies here in PNG..? Demand for it is high here.... Only private retailers order few of them & they sell out so quickly... I really need this phone... Thanks...!

This phone I using since it launch...in Feb 2006....still working very very good....you can see the screen of this mobile ....its LCD screen unlike other mobiles....even latest mobiles doesn't have this kind of screen....you press the fingure on the screen and drag down ur fingure u can see the liquid passing....but in other mobile screen u will see this....

Agreed, dropped time and time again, kicked and tossed about yet never stops working. It is my government work phone and I've had it since launched. It is brilliant and I dread the day that it will have to be replaced. Even passed up upgrading to 3G and remained with GSM because of it. Phone book is extensive, great storage and I love voice dialling and commands (although had to speak with Filipino accent until it was trained. Nokia definately builds the strongest most reliable units. Only downside, would prefer a 3.5 jack for headphones

its a superb good phone~i had drop thousand times..even i drop it from 2nd floor to 1st floor but it still well functioning
