I like this phone a lot and its really nice.. but (1) am unhappy with a few things... the black outer cover peels off and it looks sad.. (2) the inner silver coating around the keypad gets scratched on its own... i would say 2nd or 3rd day after use... (3) battery is sad... i was using 6230 before for my usage, i used to get 1 n 1/2 days and with the same usage on 6131, i just get 1/2 a day...

You can transfer data from pc to phone and vice versa really easily using a bluetooth dongle which fits into a usb port on your pc. I have got 1 and i use it all the time to transfer music/photos etc from my pc to my phone. They cost approx £15 (i have been told you can get them for a tenner in some shops) and are well worth it!!!

this is for guys who say that it doesnt support d bluetooth of motos...well im a biggi fan of clamshells and i have both these 6131 n d moto ming ,both r ultimate in their own ways .. for the motos the problem is that they dont take up anything by the bluetooth or whatever that they cant create by themselves ,,like u take a pic with 6131,it will b like 1280X1204, but the moto only takes up pic of resolution of 1280X960....so even if it transfers the pics it will show that d file is corrupt so ull hve 2 downsize it before transferring it okie... same goes with the videos and song ,,for videos ull have to make that file of 176X144 n then d moto wil play it DVD quality .... got tht guys
stop saying that it doesnt works

Well i had my Nokia 6131 a few weeks ago , it's so perfect for most of the users , except for some flaws that i consider not that much annoying (at least for me),first the battery life is somehow short (that if u're using camera and bluetooth too much),about me ... i charge it about every day and a half .
Second , the camera isn't that much satisfying , i mean that in some cases it'll be a disappointment , but in others it'll take a very-good looking photos , it all depends on how much light u have in the range of the camera , besides its video mode does not support night-mode ... so if u decided to capture a video at night .. it'll result in a video with too much noise in its picture .
about the USB connectivity ... i'm using the DKU-2 cable not the CA-53 , it works with both , i had trouble installing the phone on the PC , until i knew that catch .
When windows asks for the driver , specify its location to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver\ (that's by default), then sit back while your Nokia 6131 is being recognized and installed by windows ...
if i would give the phone a rating out of 5 , i'm probably gonna give it 4.7/5 ...
An amazing Mp3 player ,Radio FM , a 16M colour internal display (i would call it a mini laptop screen) ,an easy to use software and good looking too ,bluetooth ,IRda ,and much more cool stuff ...
What else one could think of to have it in a phone like that ? if u're planning to buy one .. go ahead , it really worth your money .
and i hope that i would have responded to all users that had trouble installing their Nokia 6131 phone on their PCs ... Bye !!!

got this phone last night, but had to return it today coz of the screen that turns-off all of a sudden after turning on the phone. plus the camera doesn't work.

it's a shame, coz it could've been a versatile phone that fits the budget.
