microSD is physically a smaller memory card compared most other memory card. Try google for its image and you'll be surprise how small it is. It has the capasity of up to 2GB.
Camera shuttle sound can be turned off. Press the camera button, select 'Option' --> Setting -->Camera Sound-->Off.
As for Bluetooth, I'm using IVT BlueSoleil and it enables me to transfer files directly into the phone memory or a folder in my memory card. Didnt have to pass through phone memory if I dun want to.
Internal display is not nessasary 600 x 450 pixels. I had wallpapers that work for both Panasonic VS series and my Nokia 6131. Resolution of 240X 320 is supported.
It doesnt has a protective hard cover for the internal display which makes it as vulnerable as a LCD monitor. In actual fact there is no worry about it as the likelyhood of breaking the screen is very small (unless you keep poking on the screen with your nail everyday) , so it is OK without the cover. I do recommend sticking a screen protecter on the display jst to keep it nice and scratch free.

the top clamp is not loose when the phone is closed, the whole phone has a solid feeling to it. great features and the battery isnt that bad

taking a picture with the flip shut the quailty of the picture is not that great. it is fuzzy when i view it.

Can you turn the camera sound off? you always get the shutter sound when you take a photo

Does this phone have sleep timer ( feature that I can set it to turn off from 2-6am ) and does it have a feature that I can write an SMS and program the phone to send it later. Thanks

yeah its abit of loose when close, therefore the silver chrome is easily scratched

pros:
1. stereo sounds on music and radio
2. big, bright and great internal display
3. very big and nice keypads
4. great looks and design
5. very user friendly
6. 9mb phone memory
7. more customizable than nokia 6600
8. full screen video
9. 1000 contacts
10. a phone for the socialites
cons:
1. fair battery. every night with heavy use and every other night with moderate use.
2. not much 3rd party applications available
3. not a solid built phone
4. you will need a card reader coz bluetooth stuffs are not saved directly to memory card
5. 5mb phone memory available
6. fair camera
7. internal display must be at 600x450 size
8. it takes 2 1/2 hours to fully charge it
9. 3gp and mp4 are only allowed in videos
10. no backlight adjustment
OVERALL:
for me nokia 6131 is a great phone to have. never underestimate this phone coz this one is feature pack. if you want a simple phone then this one is for you. if you want a more powerful and stable phone then might as well go for the nokia 6630.

the nokia 6131 is really good. it has great stereo sounds, two fantastic displays, very cool keypads, good camera and a cool looking cell phone. my is version 3.70 the latest version so far for nokia's best s40 phone. i would recommend it to anyone who wants great displays with cool stereo sounds. this is definitely not the phone for symbian lovers. i was using 6600 before i bought this phone. so far i am having a blast with this one. no regrets. it has it's own flaws but who cares. there is no perfect cell phone in this world. i would give this nokia 6131 phone a 90% rating coz i love it!
