Okay so I bought a gig stick for my phone. And it worked, I was rocking. I was stupid and stuck it in my buddies phone to try to get a game from him. didnt work. Well after that i tried to use my MP3 player and it said 'Not Allowed'. then i tried to plug my headphones in and try again. No go. Then I tried the radio with the head phones in. Still no go. I can see all the files. I can listen through the media player. But the Music player doesnt work. This only sucks because I cant close the phoe listening and if i get a call i cant check it without ending my music. Anyone have this happen? I dont want to go to T mobile but i might have too. I tried Formatting the disk and that didnt work either! HELP!!!!

Has anyone had a problem where it does not take a charge? I sometimes find the port will not connect right with my charger and wake up the next morning with the battery being dead. I have since called for a replacement phone but it does not work either.
Tmobile says its not a known issue, which I googled and was only able to find 2 other people with this problem. Which in a sense is right but I wanted to get other thoughts.

Battery life is short but that is not a deal breaker for me. The reason is I always have 2 batterys to my phone. I carry a charged spare battery with me all the time and not worry about the phone battery dying on me.

Camera button is somewhat sensetive, but if the phone is in a case there should be no problem. I found a nice leather belt case in Fry's for $10.00. You shouldn't put any phone in your purse without a case anyway.

Can someone please tell me the "most recent" software version for this phone??? Presently it is 5.60 and I was reading with the 6131 it was 6. Is it the same with the 6133????

I'm actually owning a RAZR V3 and I'm hesitating on buying the Nokia 6133 because I read that the camera button is very sensible and that the camera can be turned on when you don't want to! (for example, if I carry my phone in my purse next to my wallet and everything!!) Is that true ???

I went from the 6103 to 6133 and inserted a 1 gig micro sd card. Allows over 3,200 still pics or 2.4 hours of video. Camera often discharges when closed. To avoid this set phone to auto-lock after 30 seconds. Later, when clamshell is opened, the phone automatically unlocks. Also with micro card. phone number capacity jumps from 500 contacts to over 1,000. Phone has an unusually loud speaker phone that increases on a scale of 1 thru 10. Stereo reception on FM radio is excellent. All in all, a great phone. My best Nokia in 10 years--I only buy Nokia's for ease of operation, and with T-Mobile in Washington, DC area, I never lose a call. Only drawback to me is somewhat short battery life.

I don't think this has an infrared port. So many review sites say otherwise, but the phone connectivity menu and manual say nothing about it.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying this phone after A LOT of research, I just have these two VERY important questions:
1. IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE A PICTURE FROM IT WHILE THE PHONE IS CLOSED, THAT IS, USE THE EXTERNAL DISPLAY TO TAKE A PICTURE LIKE MANY SAMSUNGS AND MOTOS?
2. IS IT TRUE THAT THE PHONE DOES NOT BEEP OR VIBRATE IF YOU MISSED A PHONE CALL OR GOT A MESSAGE WHILE YOU WERE AWAY FROM THE PHONE? Also, is it true that it DOES NOT vibrate while on charge?
3. Finally, this is not that important of a question, but how many text messages can you actually save on this thing? Like the Motos, or the earlier ones maxed out at about 100 messages.
Anyway, please someone answer these questions soon, I'm thinking of getting the phone in the next day or two. Thank you in advance for EVERYONE's help!

Just purchased handset. 6133(T-Mobile)version, very good handset with a few cons.
Battery life somewhat limited due to super-high resolution displays. Limited ringtones and wallpapers. Micro-SD slot peculiarly located on side of phone.

Ex: 6126, 6131, 6133, and 6136?????
Makes little sense......

Sorry, I found that the 6290 has 3G (UMTS) and higher class 32 GPRS as compared to class 10 for the 6126 and 6133. As well the 6290 has a 2mp camera as the 6126 and 33 only have 1.3 mp resolution. Otherwise the phones are all the same....

Can anyone tell me how this phone compares to the 6290 which looks almost exactly like this model?? The 6126 is the same exact phone as this except for the keypad and FM radio that the 6133 has and the 6126 does not. Cingular has the 6126 and T-Mobile the 6133. The 6131 is only found in stores unlocked with no carrier for a hefty price.

This phone is said to have infrared port.. but hell I cant find out how 2 use it! since I dunno were to find the aplication...can anyone tell me please? another thing I find annoying.. another thing I find annoying is when I use the radio and use the handsfree to change stations, they DO NOT change on-screen! the number may change but the station's name still's the same. Am I havin trouble with my very own cell phone or its a general issue for ALL of them??

You can access the radio by connecting the headphones. My phone came with the headphones. I just found out how to do this a few minutes ago from another site!
