I bought this phone cos it was the smallest phone with VGA 30fps recording.
Camera quality is better than LG KU990 camera but video recording quality is worse than KU990.
But i also have problem with 6220c video recording. During video recording screen goes dark(or very dark) for a 1-2secs, then goes back to normal. This happens very often n even in very bright condition.
It seems to go dark for a sec when i move from brighter scene to darker scene. Anyway is this normal for 6220c? Anyone with 6220c have same problem?

dude i m in line with u...
I m using it frm 17 apr 09. It got just fine with me.
One prob bothering me is its body/casing..
Has it ny replacement with more solid metal feel like casing available in market...
Second is has ny idea 2 get rid of scrathes due 2 lens cover...Plz reply...

i bought my 6220 classic last july 28, 09 and it's still stunned me. it has a great camera with the powerful xenon flash and A-GPS integrated. i love using it's web browser because it's so fast. i insert a 16GB microSD and it's working with no problem up to date, it doesnt slow the performance of my phone. nokia 6220c is one of the best midrange fone that you could have in the market.

i want to know is 6220 classic nokia works faster than nokia n82, is any chance to know what specific mpjeg-4 video codec(mp4) can be performed on these phones, because there are lots of sorts mp4 ( for exampl nokia e51 will not play mp4 for ipod classic, but hardly will play mp4 for ipod nano, and these both wont be played on n73,i know for mobiles are 3gpp and 3gpp2 formats but quality of these videos are poor if i'd compare with mp4

i can't find Phone Lock option(?) (i.e. ask u to enter phone unlock code when u first turn on the phone)
Also is is possible to turn off the red light when u record video?
