Change the battery to BP-6MT. It can last u as list 2days with playing on music.
Standby time will be 4 to 6days.
If u hav any problem with the battery,plse ask me again.

Transition effects can be turned off in themes section and you wont have laggy phone lol.

I had a play with the vodafone 6220c $229 pre-paid special today.
I won't be buying one!!! The keypad does feel very cheap, I could push the * button but the # button was very soft when I tried to push it and would annoy me.
The transitions that the software uses when you change from menu to menu makes the phone seam like its lagging.
The camera cover is just plain annoying and it would open whilst in my pocket and take a picture too often.
Overall layout of the phone is nice and the menu and 'c' buttons aren't as small and annoying as they look.
The guy at the 3 store said they stopped selling them after only 3 months because of screan failures and the phone would freeze.
Just my 2 cents, I'll be buying a cheapy 3120 replacement until my contract runs out and I can get a free half decent phone.

A bought it recently. For that money it is definitely the best buy, I got great camera (not using my digital camera any more), GPS receiver and Smart phone. Battery is disaster! It hold for about one day, but you can have all...

Hello,
I have one serious issue in my Nokia 6220 classic cell Phone, the message icon is continuously blinking as i have deleted all the messages from inbox, sent messages & drafts. Pls can anyone help me how to remove the blinking sign from the main screen.
