I recently bought the 6220 classic aftera long study on mobiles..
Let me explain my feedback about this little handset..
this is the BEST handset in this price group in terms of power ( I mean the processor ROM n RAM) n other functions..
The camera is extra ordinary, the flash is superb, you can take the colourful photos even in complete darkness with flash (close up), the out door photo seems very much better than a 5MP digital camera, ofcource one outdoor photo may take your 1.3-1.5 MB memory..
Music player also gives best experience with sterio eidening and 10 band equilzer..
The GPS system allows u to navigate easily for walking also..
With the average use of talking and hearing music and browsing, i am getting battery of 1.5 days minimum... if u use only for talkin, u may get atelest 2.5 days...
Why i told this is powerfull...? I installed more than 45 applications apart from built in,, but the response time or speed is still amazing.. 128 MB Ram means so muchhh... ( for eg, i f u load 12+ application in N73, the speed goes very much slow, if you installed 25, give the command for opening an application, go and have a tea, by the time it will get open)
only disadvantage i felt is the dirty kepad ( but for me thats neccessary as i dont waant a SHOW ITEM, rather a powerful engine) and te earphone quality.(interms of manufacturing)
I am very much impressed in this set

I got this phone here in the Philippines and it sure blows all competitors from mid level to smart phones from all other phone companies (Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, LG etc.). The best value for money!!! I rate the Nokia 6220 classic 9.5 out of 10. In comparison Nokia N82 for me is 9.8 and E71 9.7

              N95 9.0
              N85 9.7
              N96 9.7

I don't know of latest samsung phones but I heard that they had also copied Symbian S60 3.2

I was a previous SE user and I must admit that I missed the simple functions SE A200 OS. But Symbian S60 3.2 has lots more features as well as the best and most number of CUSTOMIZATIONS!!!

              Good job Nokia

These are soft plastic key's very similiar toi the keys that are used on Thurayaya phone sets. The may not have the same feel of hard plastic but they are meant to be soft and easy to pres.
All These keypad's udergo a life test where by the should wid stand a 20,000 hours of pressing and not crack.A friend of mine is an ex nokia exec, therefore i got this info.So dont woory bt the keypad......great phone go ahead n buy it

I have to say that I bought this phone because of it's multifunctional capacity, it has a rather good camera, great sound, when you record a clip the sound is incredible I assure you, I had it put on a device in my car when I was in a... let's say frendly race... and even with a lot of trembeling and noise, the phone made an excelent clip (both video and audio), aldo I have to admit that the key's have a strange noise and you can actually take it out by hand easly if you try, but I for one am a satisfied costumer. For somebody who needs acceptable performances and less estetic quallity, it's one of the best choices...

I like the design and the features very much and also the performance based on opinions of others although I don't have the unit now but want sooner... I loveit!

I own this phone for 4 months now. The design and features are terrific, which is the reason why I bought it in the first place. However, the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Aside from the screen everything else on it seems flimsy from the rear battery cover to the keypad that comes up sometimes. It just does not feel well put together with little plastic creaks whenever I squish it while texting. Shame on you Nokia.
