I try to read the opinions about this phone. Except from some well minded people who share some serious argumentations I read only crap. People with no good understanding of the English language, with no understanding of the usability of the added functionality in a cellphone. What kind of idiotici is this? 'Nokia 6230i is bad fone cus se k750 had 2 mp and 262000 color'. Well I'm very, very sorry, but if this is the level of argumentation and comparing for you, how can you appreciate and understand those added features? Do you have any notification of what a cellphone camera is all about? What kind of pictures you can take, and what a good picture is? Any insight of how to undergoing and enjoy music? Tell me, what does '262000 color' and '2mp' mean to you? Do you like it, or do you like the fact of the specs only by the specs?
Ever been in an every day life situation were 262000 colors and 2 million pixels were shown and clearly separated to your eyes and mind? ;-)

Well...if it's only for status..at the moment everyone around has a cellphone. How expensive it is doesn't matter anymore, and the specs does neither. So don't even try to impress.
For those others: nice to read why you like or dislike one or another model...in this way people can make an opinion for themselves
how important those judgements are.

yes the camera on the e720 is rubbish i borrowed my firneds over night and the quality of sound is not much good either lots of crackling and not good reception when it says the reception is fine. im just eagerly waiting to get my 6230i:D

qcif isn't smaller than cif, qvga, vga
first of all u can't compare qcif qith cif.
the q symbol indicates that it's a video streaming. so, u can compare qcif with qvga. and yes, qcif is worse than qvga.

hi everyone. i was thinking of getting samsung e720 but after reading reports on it i changed my mind and found this silver beauty. i am a loyal customer to nokia at the moment i have the nokia 7250i which is pretty crap. can someone tell me if this phone is released in england yet? becausei have looked on many websites and they dont hve it. many thanks xxxx

Hi there, are there any other Vodafone customers, like myself, who are sick and tired of waiting for this phone to arrive as part of its current stock??? I think its a bad marketing move by Vodafone to release it AFTER it's been available on other networks!! All the people who want this phone badly probably have switched providers in order to get one. That means vodafone would have lost custom. Dont understand THAT strategy!!! However, I believe in loyalty, so Im gonna stick around with my (Dated??) Sharp GX30 until the middle of may. Christ, this 6230i better be good............................
(Gripe over - you can all carry on bickering over the phones short comings now..............((which aint many according to journalists!!))

I'm still waiting for the Nokia 6230i to arrive in Brunei.. It's so late!! I'm planning to trade-in my 4 months-old 6230 for 6230i :D

just traded my old reliable 6230 to a 6230i this afternoon. the features are better compared to the 6230. yahooo!

The 6230i is the most amazing phone. Ive been waiting to see if it was as good as the 6230. Some reports said it wasnt much better but my goodness its great. All te little bits you wished they had done to the 6230 the did to the i. Camera is amazing, sound is so clear and the main screen appears bigger due to new font, colours and the fascias dont cover as much LCD space. Bid thumbs up to Nokia.

I'm surprised ur still surviving with your horrendous English. For your information, the screen of the 6230i is bigger than the 6230. If the other brands are better than this model, we'd prefer you keep it to yourself than make silly sweeping statements that 'this rocks, this is good, this is lousy, that one is better' with no justifications.

To ALL!!!...Nokia is the most popular brand in handy market,but often its productions are in a mid range of quality & technology.....& onnestly 6230i is not better than moto1120,SE k750 or Alcatel OT S853. so if you want to have a new end-technology you should buy on of this hadies.

this model same as nokia 6230 n i wont waste my money because only changes is 1.3 mega pixel n push talk n nothing new n the screen is small n crap rap crap n sony ericsson rocks the mobile world

Somebody from Nokia - PLEASE - read this. Why don't you make a minijack connection to your phones? The allready existing contacts are killing me. If you don't follow, try using the mp3 player while waking with the phone in your pocket. It will loosen. I promise. At least make a combination like Sony Ericsson have on their newest phones.

We can't who is better because k750 didn't came out...
but according to k750 s' features he is btter than 6230i...
anyway i like nokia and this phone rulez (:
