Hi fellows 6230i is a best fone ever made by nokia im using since april 2006 still works superb but i dnt like its sms memory only 150 stored total 120 phone memory and 30 sms memory and over all its awsum gorgeous sexy cell then i bought its upgrade and a real successor nokia 6233 and what a sexy cool amazing fone i got and its a real successor if any one have 6230i i suggest go for 6233 after 6230i dnt sell it purchase another same price or i think less than when u buy 6233 your money will be spend on valued trustworthy phone and i still have both love u nokia and nw im looking for real successor of 6233 and i dnt think 6300 coz camera have dots blur snaps no great video recording no infrared no visual radio battery sucks look wise is sexy but lacks of every thing and no wallet 6233 my choice and any one telme the real successor in s40 java phones bye

i used to have this phone before. Great phone. One of the best models of Nokia in its time.

i had 6230i two years ago and it's the best phone i had so far. it's really user friendly. and although it's already 3 years since it has been released, given a choice, i would still choose 6230i. the best candybar phone for me :)

My 6230i still works till this Day, i got it in 2005 when it had just released

Really practical phone, easy and intuitive to use ...although its considered a bit old now its well featured and is the best phone I have owned... I actually switched from a newer sony ericson as that had so many annoying features that got in the way all the time.

I really love this nokia 6230i that my brother had given me for temporal,i wish i could have mine.with v-live!,high quality colours,mp3 and lots of features to entertain.i wish somebody can buy me this.i can't wait.

This phone was released in 2005 and seeing as we are in 2008 now in my head that means 3 years...not 6. All in all a good phone tho. Have noticed a few operational issues tho when phone exposed to cooler climates. Can anyone else verify this issue as I have had several customers bring in their 6230i handsets and have each complained about them not waorking (usually on cold days) and once they are in warmth of the shop the handset seems to come back to life...wierd.

but if changes when Multimedia is Used e.g. Music Player, Camera
otherwise i have NO Complaints on 6300's Battery Life
it does really well for a Slim Phone with a 16M Display and Stainless Steel Body
i highly reccomend it, i upgraded to a 6300 from a 6230i(i still have it) and 6300 is a great upgrade

my 6280 began to malfunction so a friend gave me this handset since it had no value to her. it is still one of the best dam fones out there in my opinion, it may be old, but i love the design and removable covers. it also has themes unlike the 6230 which i used to own. it is so small, compact and lite so i barely notice it on my pocket and it still has most of the basic features my 6280 had eg. video cam, music player,bluetooth infared. so i am very pleased with it. it may have a small screen compared to newer models out there, but i dont notice it when i use it. if you are not very careful with your devices i strongly recomend this model as it does not break easily and buttons etc. can be easily replaced.

God knows that am sick n tired of complainin' on this site;what's the latest NOKIA upgrade for this phone? I can't use a phone that doesn't support e-bible ,dictionary,games etc on.I've got penchant 4 those stuff
