Infact you do a complete job on this 6230i brand bur it's very scarce in Nigeria market (West Africa)now.

This phone is a crap compared to its direct contender, SE K750i. I had 6230i but I didn't liked the interface, it's a mess. And the features are lower compared to K750, except EDGE. If it had Symbian, it was great. I now have K750 and I am very pleased with it. peace

i have 2 questions. Can the nokia 6230i support a memory card with memory greater than 512mb? What is the bluetooth range on this phone?

Hi,
I have Nokia 6230i and 6120 Classic. One thing I don't understand regarding my 6230i is when I connect to GPRS it shows only G but when I connect to GPRS with 6120 Classic it shows E. Although both have an EDGE services. Can anyone help me how can I activate EDGE service in 6230i?
Firmware version of Nokia 6230i is V03.46

Definitely the best phone I have ever owned. Durable and stocked with more features than any other phone in its class! Flawless operation, excellent interface design, intuitive features, and a great keypad.
This phone has made me into a Nokia loyalist. I just wish the celphone market here in the US would catch up to the rest of the world.

Honestly the best phone I've ever had. Features are exceptional and battery life is too. Been out for a while but far from updated as reflected by the price practically remaining the same since it was launched.

although its good but video is very bad after reopening d saved video. N im hving problem of opening d pic. its very slow if d pic is too big n if d music is too large i cant open it!!! how come???

I have a problem with my camera and blue tooth,what can i do.When i try activating the camera it goes to standby and later brings message "memory full,delete items in gallery".But i've enough memory on both card and phone.With bluetooth it can't be switched on.Pliz help

Definitely one of the best Nokias I've used. It has all the features you might ask for a middle-class phone. The cons are a relatively poor camera and somewhat low volume of the speaker. It also has that nasty habit of letting in dust through the casing and onto the screen. It's also quite thick and with a smallish screen.
Apart form those, the phone never let me down. Still using it and it's been 2 years since I purchased it. It's fast at what it does..

I tried it too! Card slot supports up to 1GB MMC, but the phone seems slower when accessing the card.

Best phone at its price, with all connectivity options-Bluetooth, IR,GPRS,EDGE,PTT etc... Entertainment options Radio,MP3 Player,Media player, Voice recorder etc... But I didn't feel any effect for its equalizer... U can use this phone as a removable storage device , if u hav a datacable...
One limitation is that it doesn't support message groups...
